At least they are not AAA.  I found a piece of expanded aluminum which was a piece of eaves trough gutter guard. I cut and tie wrapped it behind the grill of the Polaris for added protection for the rad. It will keep the smaller sticks from entering when driving through brush, looks good too. I ran out of black tie wraps for the bottom half, can always change them out.

All mid 2008 through 2014 Polaris RZR 800 series have a big problem with the rear differential pinion nut backing off, allowing the pinion gear to shoot into the rear differential, destroying the rear differential. This has happened with machines with as little as less than 100 miles on them! Reports indicate that there are no problems, nor warnings, until the rear differential grenades, locking the rear axles solid! This requires the machine to be lifted onto a trailer, to be transported for rear differential replacement, as it destroys the case. After failure, rear differential replacement can be quite expensive: labor alone can run from $800-$1200 and a new OEM Spicer rear diff, if you can find one, can run from $1700-$2500! So, if you own any Polaris RZR 800 series between the years of 2008-2014, I recommend that you do this repair before further use of your machine. personally, I have grounded my machine until it can be done. Please check the online post for your own awareness.

Given the current winter we're having, I was looking to add a plow to my L5.  I got on the Landmaster site and ALL of the plows are listed as discontinued!  I called and they said that they're in-between vendors to make em.  Cycle Country usta make em, got bought by Kolpin, yadda, yadda ... can't find one.
Anyone know of or tried a universal plow/mount that'll fit a Landmaster SXS?
      Thanks,

We've had the Predator 459cc on our American Landmaster TW450 for about one month now. And I've got to say, this has been a solid motor! My kids have really put the motor and the whole side-by-side to the test. But it's running great! The original motor was a Kohler ECH440 with 14hp.
We've had ice and snow all weekend. But we can feel the extra power with the Predator 459cc (15.8hp). Just wanted to let y'all know, if you're looking for something to replace your motor on the TW450... We considered the cheaper Predator 420. But I'm really glad we got the 459!

My 2021 Coleman Outfitter 550 has a rear hitch receiver.  It works OK for my towing of junk around the property BUT it is NOT welded directly to the frame of the SxS. Instead it fits into a sloppy tube and is pinned in there by a 5/8" hitch pin.  This allows the receiver itself to wobble around to a small degree which can be annoying in some circumstances especially if towing and backing a trailer, it can droop or sway side to side by an inch or two at the ball. .   I cannot figure out why they set up the hitch in this way, and am considering welding the tube directly to the frame as found in most hitch arrangements.
Has anyone else found this annoying and welded the tube up to the frame?  If so, where there any down side to doing so?  (Broken frame etc. ??)
