I have a 2016 1100 Trooper that will not engage the clutch.  Long story short... I stuck it in the mud.  The mud hole was about 1.5 - 2 feet deep with the bottom skid plate on top of the rut.  It took about 2 hours to get her out.  After we pulled her out, the clutch will not engage and the gear will not come out of neutral.

Any suggestions?  Thanks

Thanks silver bullet.  What is the best way to flush the bell housing.  The reason I ask is I have not done this before.  Thank you for any suggestions or advice you may have.

Just get a garden hose and find a hole where you can get in.If no place to shoot water into the bellhousing. If no place pull the starter out first disconnect battery.Once starter is out just use hose and flush the bellhousing till there is no more mud. There is a little plate on the transmission take the 10mm bolts off.You do not have to take it completely off.Just pry it out a little. And flush till no more mud.If anybody need help call me it's easier for me to help!I Have 16 years of experience on Joyner. We have built hundreds of  Stock and Hi Performance engines we have shop manuals to help you out.928 344 2117

Thank you silver bullet.  I will let you know how it goes.

Update: It isn't mud in the bell housing.  I am  taking it back to dealer as it is still under warranty.  I will keep you posted.

I have a Bobcat 2200 Diesel (built by Club Car) with a 2-weight Team Primary Clutch I want to rebuild, possibly replace. The clutch has an annoying rattling sound at idle and appears the rollers and weights are worn and loose. When I opened it up, everything looks clean and in great shape. It's just that all the moving rollers and weights seem to have way too much play in them, possibly causing the noise. I've searched for clearance and torque specifications with no luck at all. The UTV has less than 500 hours on it.  Any ideas?

Looking for a output shaft for a Joyner trooper t2. Went to move the buggy after sitting all winter and it appears the out put shaft that drives the rear wheels broke off inside the transmission so looking for the shaft or a complete transmission if someone has one

Just picked up a Hisun 500 that had shift issues (corroded fan gear) which I fixed. It also didn't seem to be running smoothly then all of a sudden it got worse. It seems to miss on both idle and when pushing the gas pedal to the floor and doesn't seem to be running at full power. I've been working with a local person who is walking me through some steps, but I'd like some input from this group as well. What I've done:
      - drained the fuel tank and replaced it with 93 octane fuel and added heet to help with any water problems.
      - replaced the fuel injector.
      - disconnected the battery (several times) to allow the module to reset.
      - set the valve clearance, both intake and exhaust, within specs ... intake was tight but exhaust seemed fine.
      - replaced the battery.
      - replaced the O2 sensor.
Nothing has helped. Not sure what the next steps are, but would appreciate any expertise that can be offered here.
