Hey Team, our issue is not as bad as some I've read here...  We put some songs one a 64GB USB stick, plugged it in and the USB icon is still greyed out and won't let you select.  Any suggestions?  All the songs are in the root directory.  Thanks, Kevin & Shelbie

Hey Kevin + Shelbie,

I suggest formatting the UBS drive. Then create 1 folder and put all your tracks in the folder. Preferably in mp3 format.
Then try again.

What media player are you using?

Let me know if that works for you. Then you can add new folders, just name each one differently. OR You can keep adding to the original folder.

Hey Blair, we've tried a couple of options, however still not recognizing the USB drive.  We've tried all songs in root directory, organizing in folders, and using a 16Gb drive vs. 64Gb.  It could be that the Verbatim drive is too wide and won't seat all the way in?  I've taken a USB extension cord and shaved down the sides and see if that will work.  Try to do it this evening.  Thanks again for the suggestions, K&S

Just an update.  Still wouldn't recognize the music USB with modified extension cord.  Light beside USB connector is on.  K&S

It's the fancy one that came with our Axis XS750.  Attached is an image I found online, that looks just like ours.  The file formats are .MP3.  Thanks, K&S

Okay. Try this. Plug your USB drive into your PC or laptop. (no apple computers)

Go to and click once on: "This PC"

Then click on USB drive and choose "Format" (quick format option will do fine)

After formatting, double click on USB drive to open it, it will be empty.

Do not create any folder or anything on the USB drive.

From the same PC/laptop, drag & drop a couple of mp3 tracks and try that.

Do not just unplug the USB drive from your computer! Right click the USB drive and choose eject.
Now you can unplug your USB drive. (just unplugging can corrupt your data)

Hope That Does It!!!

Thanks Blair, I've tried this once before and will definitely try again.  I may change the allocation size this time.  I don't have the music USB with me at the moment...  Thanks again... K&S

Riding out today it acted like it ran out of gas,  stalled and died and would not start.   Towed back to house,  New  plug added this past month,  plenty of oil, getting plenty of gas, battery cranks good.   Trys to kick in and starts but doesnt.   Two days prior while sitting at a idle it died.  Added gas and it started did my ranch chores with it.  But just now it stalled out cranks but will not start.   Tried to find if fault codes came up on the clock like manual says but not sure I am doing that right.  Any and all help apprecated.  Thank you

The Axis 500 will not shift into low or reverse.  I have high when it should be in low and all the other places it is reverse.  The gears in the shift cover are fine and I shifted it when the cover was off and yet no change (so it can't be the shifting mechanism gears).  I t has been difficult to get it into low for awhile.  But now it is either high or reverse, no neutral either.

I just bought a new 2024 Hison 550 Stryker 2 months ago. this is the second time I have had this issue.  It only has about 20 hours on it. The last time it happened we took it back to the dealer. it was a fuse.  Since we live three-hour time driving there and back. I would like to find another solution if possible.  I have tried all the fuses that seem to have anything to do with starting.  Currently checking the battery. The battery is new. it came with the unit. It is probably 6 months old.  the UTV has all power to everything electrical. lights turn signals and radio all work.  When trying the key to start . it is 100% dead. as in it doesn't even click.  There is a low whirring like the fuel pump is turning on though. The Unit was running and driving just fine.  we shut it down for the night. The next morning my wife found it in this condition.  Thanks for any Ideas or solutions???   Otherwise, it goes back to the dealer tomorrow. Just hope I didn't buy a lemon. Great little UTV when it does run.😅  anyone else ever have this Issue..?

Hello, All!  I've decided to replace the traction batteries in my 2018 Sector E1 with a 48V Lithium set. They may be expensive, but I figure the Discovery Dry Cell are, too. I am not looking for the max driving range, as I have never received near the brochured range to begin with, but a good mix of charge/ get work done/ charge is what I am expecting.
I have settled on the 48V EAGL kit from bigbattery dot com. Each battery pack provides 30Ah. The kit ships with a charger, as well. The packs would be physically connected in parallel (using a busbar) to one another, maintaining the 48V voltage, but together would be able to provide the amp draw the buggy pulls when going up hill or towing a rake (rated 320 max continuous Amps). This is in comparison to the serial connection the eight 6V lead batteries. Each of the EAGL batteries looks to have its own BMS; am I correct in thinking I will have to use their included charger rather than (simply) changing the onboard charger to lithium mode? The chemistry of the pack is LiFe PO4, for what it's worth.  I haven't torn anything apart yet (to diagram), so  I am not sure how the dash will interpret the AMP draw, but the kit I am looking at includes a dash mounted charge indicator.
If anyone has completed a similar conversion, do you have any tips? Specifically, how did you remove the original batteries, and how did you secure the new ones? I am guessing that almost any change from the stock batteries would involve at least some modifications. Any tips would be appreciated, especially things I may have failed to consider. Thanks!
