2007 610 mule will foul a pug after 1 hr of run time on clock. Plug will be black with sut. Buddy go a 610 and it does same thing. Have had dealer adjust valves twice and still does it. When i bought mule valves were ticking and I ran it that way for some time and took it in and dealer adjusted valves and that is when problem started. I rechecked valves and the were tight and I adjusted to .005 and still fouls plug. I always use no ethenal gas and have gone to a hotter plug. I have read that this is a common problem with mule. Any help appreciated.
I have a Rural King version of the Hisun Sector 250 with about 75 miles and 15 hours on it. It just started being difficult to start and idle. But if I hold in on the gas a little it will start and run until I left off. It also runs good and will run good until I stop then it idles for a few seconds then quits. Its about 4 months out of warranty. Battery voltage is fine before, during, and after starting. Oil is clean and clear. Gas is fresh. I can hear the fuel pump spool up when I turn the key to actually start it, not when I turn it to the on position though like on most other UTV's I have owned. Its really odd and has me perplexed. The only other thing that I have noticed is that the engine temp indicator on the left side of the dash only indicates one bar regardless of how warm the engine is. Other than that, it runs great. Just hard to start and won't idle. Any suggestions? It has me perplexed.
Hello everyone. I’m looking into getting a UTV to mainly use at the hunting lease. Need to be able to haul around gear and decoys and at least one dog kennel. Would also like to use occasionally around the neighborhood (Golf carts and UTVs are allowed in my area). I know I want a 4x4 and don’t necessarily need something that’s gonna go 40-50 mph. I’m an engineer and enjoy maintaining all me vehicles/ toys so I can give something a once over and notice any glaring defect but I have a few UTV questions
Is there anything I should watch out for? Any specific questions I need to ask the seller? How many hour/ miles is too many? I want something used but not used up. Anyone feel their UTV has been underpowered- should I get at least a YYY cc engine?
Theres a 2014 Kawasaki Mule 4x4 XC with a nice 5x10 trailer for sale that I’ve been eyeing, anyone have good/bad comments about this particular vehicle?
Custom camshafts for 800cc 1100cc.Chery Engines.
We just installed a new regrind camshaft with new software.I don't want to say it but big time power.Low end more power you can be 5 gear at 25 and it gets up and goes. Can say this will kick 1100cc Viper a-- And this is the easiest thing to do and you will be amazed at the power yes in the seat of your pance.Power starts at 1500 rpm and you can feel the power pulling the engine at 2900 it just goes wild you can hear the engine changes sound as it winds up.I just got to drive it and it's great.Sorry but when something work this good it is exciting.Was tested on a renegade 800 cc.Check out YouTube silverbulletmotorspots cams and you will see how easy it is to install.And we did not use tuner all stock renegade.We are going to make a good video in the future.All i can say is this is the best and biggest performance upgrade part you can do yourself.In the past we did not show how to installing the cams with head on the engine.We supply all the shims.And we will do a good Video.This is the best thing it is amazing power.This is total change in power is amazing.The only thing else is the supercharger.We are going to test on the 800 cc engine this week.But believe me you will drive the buggy 800 cc.And will get out with a big smiling.It's killer power.The 1100 i can't wait to install.Any body who lives in Az & Ca.and Wants a camshaft installed we will do install for 80.00+parts only 1 install just to show how easy it is and the power it makes.You will be very impressed with the amount of torque.Puts out!
