Has anyone ever installed a exhaust silencer on there Landmaster? I recently retired from the military and having a lot more time to deer hunt and want something to quite my utv’s exhaust so it’s not so loud going up the mountain. Thanks!

I have zero experience with an exhaust silencer. But my thought would be, that it'd have to help with the noise. I can't imagine that it would actually be quiet, but instead, I'd expect the improvement to be only marginally better.

If you're thinking about stealth. I seriously doubt that it'll actually be quiet. That whole side of the mountain will still be aware of your presence. But I would certainly think that the noise would be somewhat improved.

Those silencers have been around for years. If it were that easy, then everyone would have one. And it would probably be standard equipment on most buggies. So I'd caution you not to over expect, for results.

If they make a direct fit, that installs clean, and neatly on your machine. Then it's probably worth the effort and expense. And I don't see how it could hurt. If you go that direction, please document, and share the install here with us. As well as the results.

I have a 2011 or so Landmaster LM200.  I cannot get it to start.  I turn the key and nothing happens.  The brake switch seems to be working, the ignition switch works.  The Coil is new the Voltage Regulator is new and the starter relay is new.

I can connect the terminals on the starter relay and it starts right up and runs fine.  I just can't get it to start by turning the key.

I am having a bit of trouble bleeding the brakes, not much fluid comes out at the calipers when I am pumping the brakes, though that an air bubble near the brake switch might make it not sense that the brake pedal is depressed.

I am at a loss, please help!

"Mrs. Smith" doesn't like how loud our Sector 750 is.  On a HISUN forum someone said the same thing about his 750.  I haven't given it much thought because I've been more focused on stuff that has broken.
So, I used my decibel meter to check ours out.  4000 RPM, Low gear, under 20 MPH . . . . 97 decibels.  That's above most ordinances, even state boat noise limits.
AI Overview Ninety-seven (97) decibels is considered very loud and dangerous to hearing with prolonged exposure, roughly equivalent to a newspaper press, a loud nightclub, or a snowmobile. At this level, damage can occur after just 30 minutes, necessitating hearing protection

Hello. I have a 2016 Massimo MSU 500. I was putting on a lightbar and i screwed up and didn't disconnect the battery so when i was taking of the positive cable to put on the power from the lightbar it sparked and now the utv has no power. I turn the key over and all i hear is a chirp. No lights or anything. Everything that comes from the battery to the jumper box up by the battery shows voltage but anything coming out does not such as to the winch or anything like that

So for those of you who have dabbled in muffling your insanely loud Hisun, I just wanted to give an update on the Silent Rider Silencer project I reported on just short of 3 years ago. The silencer has failed from rust rot. So in the end, not a good investment. If I do a different one, pretty sure it will be stainless this time.
If others have tried other add-on mufflers or fixes beyond what’s already been reported, please post your experience.
