Well I have tried everything I can. Called the dealer I bought in from just a few months ago and less then 500 miles. That are a month out and I cannot take it there till the appointment. I explained to ruthenium all the issues I have had already and there suggestion was to take to a different Hisun dealer!!!!  Wow!!!  So guess that’s what I will be doing. They too are a few weeks out but are happy to look at it. Apparently they get a lot from other places that don’t want to deal with these machine. Wish I would of done a little more research on this brand of side by side now.

In light of the age, and mileage, coupled with the no pulse, and the no spark issues. It really sounds like a CPU problem. Possibly you could convince the manufacturer to send you a replacement?

Todays high tech engines need good solid technical support from the manufacturer. Unfortunately that's not the case with Hisun. That just makes everything so much harder to deal with.

Ya I was thinking either the CPU or a crank sensor of some sort. I am fairly familiar with the Delphi fuel system. It’s really quite a simple set up. Guess we will find out b

N yes. I have attempted to email Hisun. And post a review. However Their website has changed and my review and emails are no longer they’re on their website how convenient.

You might think about choosing the wording carefully when giving a review. Or you might possibly offer to give a glowing review?

The amount of help you get from the manufacturer, might depend on your attitude in that review.

I fully understand your frustration, but it's something to consider.

Unfortunately Mick, Hisun will provide you with little to no info. They want us to depend on their dealers to handle these sub-par machines. I’ve had issues with mine in the past and when you contact the requested dealer, they admit that the are behind in their work on these because they personally don’t know enough about them themselves! At least they were honest enough to tell me and at $125 an hour, you can’t afford to have them fix it and let them sit at shop for weeks in end till Hisun finds the issue and pass through info onto dealer’s technicians.  I found a local country boy who works on arc/tub’s out of his garage and he fixed mine up within couple days. I know you perhaps don’t have such a local -yokal in your parts, but Hisun techs won’t give you time of day on these. I’ve filed complaint. with BBB as to warn potential buyers to do extensive research on these! It’s a fine machine when it runs otherwise it’s a piece of junk!  Chinese Crap!  Sorry I can’t offer a motive CPU orcrank sensor would be a starting point? Good luck.

Update. Well been at the dealer since end of November supposedly It needed a new wiring harness they just got the harness in and installed and now they told me that the plug-in to the ignition is not the same waiting to hear back from them again to see if that was actually the problem.

So I finally got it back so far so good everything seems to be fine they replaced one of the wiring harnesses, not sure which one and the fan controller so we’ll see how things go from here.

Hi, my 2010 Hisun will crannk but comes to a stop and only clicks.  It has new battery and solinoid. Battery connections all seem good. Any ideas what the problem is?

Just received delivery of a 2024 AMP Pro.  Thought I'd start a thread with my impressions as I use it and learn more.  There doesn't seem to be a whole lot of real-world usage information out there on this model.  Hope this will help others as they research.
      Intended Use Cases
Fire mitigation / slash removal from a 5 acre forested and well-gamble-oaked property.  The previous owners thought as much about fire mitigation as I do about fashion: not much. Snow removal Stump pulling General hauling (rock, lumber, etc.) Weimaraner energy depletion.  Wasn't an original use case, but a nice added bonus.  Experiences So Far
Wasn't impressed that two of the bumpers on the underside of the bed where it sits upon the frame were missing.  The metal on metal contact has damaged the powder coating and the frame.  I expect a little better QC.
I've only put a few hours on it, so not a ton to report on usage.  It isn't quiet; it's silent.  I can't even detect an electric note from the motor. I removed (and subsequently replaced) the motor cover noticed that the motor is German and made by Schambuller.  The motor controller is Italian and made by Dana TM4.  Given the operating specs of both I found on the web, I suspect both are higher quality than the previous Navitas (which is supposed to be decent).  The motor is rated at 25 hp and 71.5 lb-ft of torque.  It feels very powerful.  All the torque is delivered instantly, if desired.
The bed is huge and has an electric dump as standard.  Great feature but would like it to go up a bit more.  Probably not feasible from an engineering perspective, but I want and I need ;).
Power steering is nice, but vague.  Probably common to many UTVs, but I am accustomed to more direct results from input.  Plan early and plan often.
In our first full day of usage, we hauled about 1/2 as much slash as the entire rest of the year when I was doing it by hand cart.  I may get fatter, but I'll also get more done.  After a few days of usage, the battery meter has gone down by 1/10th.
      Until next time...

Riding out today it acted like it ran out of gas,  stalled and died and would not start.   Towed back to house,  New  plug added this past month,  plenty of oil, getting plenty of gas, battery cranks good.   Trys to kick in and starts but doesnt.   Two days prior while sitting at a idle it died.  Added gas and it started did my ranch chores with it.  But just now it stalled out cranks but will not start.   Tried to find if fault codes came up on the clock like manual says but not sure I am doing that right.  Any and all help apprecated.  Thank you

I’m getting a 700-7 every startup. I’m having to change the plug every 100 miles on 93 octane gas. I got a lower numbered plug that is supposed to burn hotter. I’m wondering why that comes up every time I start it and if it’s related? I included a picture of the code or whatever it is. I haven’t seen the code in the owners manual or the hisun shop manual I have.
