Hello  Mixfixdave

The 3 warehouses I mentioned are Amazon warehouses. So. I guess possibly you can not pick up the axles at the warehouse.  Still, you can buy from Amazon directly. You may be able to get the parts in short time if you have  high buyer level.

But as I know  Amazon provide fulfillment service for orders from seller.

Would you please send me email ( [email protected])  and give me your detail address so that I can check the fulfillment service cost. If it is cheaper than FBA order, I will be able to give you discount.

Hope this works.

Have a good day

Hi Exessable,

Sorry, I don't have manual for 650 Sand viper so I can not confirm whether the axle for 650  Sand Viper is same as the one for 650 Sand spider.  Do you know the part number of your current CV axle?

What I found from the drawing of D650.03.02.02.00 is :  Total length:  635-671.5 mm,  Outer spline is 27 teeth while inner spline is 22 teeth.

Hope this can help.

Hi Excessable,

No, 800 Viper has different CV Axles. Rear Left: MV800.03.02.01.00 and Rear Right: N650.03.02.02.00.

27 Teeth and 22 Teeth are the spline teeth count as attached photo shows.

Casey I got the axle from Amazon today. Thanks. It was shipped from Amazon Charleston Tennessee warehouse.  Would ya by any chance know where I can purchase the 650 rear hub outer bushings? Saw a thread on this forum where someone said artic cat bushings was another replacement for them. But have searched for hours n hours and can’t find the crossover forum. Ordered the hub bearing bout 4 hours ago. Now just need them outter bushings. Can take a photo of the hub and send after sleep few hours if that would help.

I am actually just looking for ball bearing and cage but no luck finding that either. Ant help is much appreciated.

Hope I posted this in the right place. Looking for the left side shaft carrier where the rear bearings go for an 1100cc sand viper, I understand an 800 cc carrier will also work. I need the old style two bearing with the spacer in the middle, the new style with just the one wide bearing wont work. If anybody has one I'll buy it right away. my email is [email protected]

I heard there's several off road festivals out that way. One or two post apocalyptic, the rest just rev and run. Anyone know a good one that offers camping? Any advice for out of state people like hauling, legality, and where to stay?
Ideally me and the missus would be down for camping out and setting up shop somewhere nearby. That way we can just wake up, load up, and ride.

I am about 6 months in to owning my 520. It is used mainly to run back and forth to our barn and shop. Occasionally, I run it up and down a few fairly steep hills on the property. One day, as I was going up one of the hills, the motor started sputtering and a tremendous amount of smoke was coming out of the exhaust. I was near the top and it made it (sputtering) up. Once back on the flat, I made it home. I loaded it on the trailer and took it back to the dealer. They said they checked everything out and found no issues. Over the next month or so, I only had occasion to go up hills once or twice with no issue. Then one day, again as I was going up a hill, the engine sputtered, giant plume of white smoke and then the engine died. 30 seconds later, started up and made it to the top. Repeated the route (down and up) and the same thing happened again. Called the dealer and their head of service said he would come out and wanted to see it first hand. He came out a few days later and repeated the route several time and it never happened with him in it. I had videoed the whole thing on one of the times it happened to me, but since it happens intermittently, could not produce it when he was here. I told him that I had checked the temperature, the oil level and the antifreeze level after each occurrence and they were normal. I asked him to call Kubota and ask what the possibilities were and that I am not fond of it dying on the hill and blowing the smoke and I didn't want to wait until something catastrophic happened to figure it out. When I followed up, they had no answers (which doesn't exactly please me). Any ideas? The attached photo was the start of the smoking. Didn't know how to upload the video of the whole thing, but it fogged the whole area.

If interested I also have an 07 1000rr engine setup I would sell with the buggy for $650.
      Thanks!

I just purchased a Massimo MSU500 and no manual came with it so I have some questions. looking for part #'s and availability of basics like spark plug air and fuel filter. What is the valve adjustment specifications?
Is there a fuel drain? It's been sitting, low mileage but I want to drain out the old fuel and put fresh.
