Hisun 2013 RS8R Primary Clutch Replacement Questions

Hello:

I purchased a 2013 Hisun with low mileage through an online auction.  Did some minor work on it.  including installing a new drive belt.  Took out for a test spin and only able to get 40kmh.  I suspect the primary clutch is not moving the full distance on the shaft.  

Has anyone experience with replacing with the CV Tech (Canadian made Primary & secondary clutches?  The kit is $1299.  They also market a Chinese made knock off kit of the CV Tech product for $899. I understand some of the Hisuns were sold new with the CV Tech drives as OEM.  Is the investment for the CV Tech or Chinese knock off, worth it?  

Any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated.

      Hi, I purchased a used Cub Cadet 750 Challenger that seemed like the belt was slipping so I put a new belt in.  It still acts like the belt is slipping but now I am thinking it is the clutch? 
      What is the best way to remedy this problem? 
      Can the clutch be rebuilt?
      Are there aftermarket clutches available?

      I heard there's several off road festivals out that way. One or two post apocalyptic, the rest just rev and run. Anyone know a good one that offers camping? Any advice for out of state people like hauling, legality, and where to stay?
      Ideally me and the missus would be down for camping out and setting up shop somewhere nearby. That way we can just wake up, load up, and ride.

      2021 Axis(Hisun) 700 Will not fire up

      I have a 2021 Axis(Hisun) 700 from Lowes. Will not start. Checked starter, solenoid, spark plug and fuel pump. Everything seems to be fine. The motor turns over and will try to start but just will not. Battery is also good. Frustrated!

      "Mrs. Smith" doesn't like how loud our Sector 750 is.  On a HISUN forum someone said the same thing about his 750.  I haven't given it much thought because I've been more focused on stuff that has broken.
      So, I used my decibel meter to check ours out.  4000 RPM, Low gear, under 20 MPH . . . . 97 decibels.  That's above most ordinances, even state boat noise limits.
      AI Overview Ninety-seven (97) decibels is considered very loud and dangerous to hearing with prolonged exposure, roughly equivalent to a newspaper press, a loud nightclub, or a snowmobile. At this level, damage can occur after just 30 minutes, necessitating hearing protection
