  1. got the new starter on, i turned it over about 20 times for a second or two at a time as to not burn out a new starter, lol, and it never clicked once, spun it right up everytime!! and this is the first starter i've ever purchased that came with a Quality control PASS paper. I'm glad this is all behind me, this new starter sounds so much better than that old POS. But here's what i've been saying to myself the last month or so, " it could be worse, Travis. I could have a Massimo" LOL

  2. Finally got it out on the trails a couple of weeks ago. The power steering worked great and the 30" tires, and the fox shocks it not like same machine. Very enjoyable to ride now. Very smooth.

  3. The charging system should be taking care of that. Most UTV's come with at least a 10 or 12 amp charging system. usually around 15-20 amps, When it's running at idle, check the voltage on the battery, it should be at least 13Volts DC and rise to about 13.5 or 14 when you raise the RPM's, or you can find the stator(alternator) wires, they should read around 28volts AC at idle. also most auto part stores should load test the battery for free to determine if the battery is bad.
