Jimmy the only up grades I have done are move the rad, SuperTrapp and I blew a tire. I hit a rock at about 35-40 so I have 2 Bighorns on the way. I will get a new battery for the camcorder and show you how I drive it. I scare the hell out of everyone that rides with me. I have never babied anything I have ever owned. I am sorry you had a bad experience with yours but this thing has taken more abuse then I thought it would. I really wish I lived closer to you so I could show you in person it is not being babied. The last dirt bike I owned was a YZ465 I broke the frame twice from jumping. That seems to be what i like to do the most. I am not kidding when i say I hit the approaches at 40-45 and fly 20-25' with about 6-8' of air so I expect to be replacing the shocks some day. But I am not exaggerating or lying to many people are relying on the info they get from us Trooper owners. I have had more problems with my BMS 1100 Dune Buggy.

Thanks i will get right after that.
-
So it looks like you really left no slack in the strap is that right?
-
I ordered a set of Bighorns for the front and a spare front wheel. I will not blow a tire and get caught without a spare again.
-
How much play would you leave in the limiting strap?
-
So they might pull apart in the air? That would not be good 6' of the ground.
-
What do you consider to hard?
-
I find that when i jump i some times bottom out do i need more presser in the shock or what can i do to stop this from happening. Will this cause the cv joint to fall out?/
-
Kinarfi you will have to let me know how it works when you go out riding.
-
I am not sure what the dif is I was just looking and saw both the bigest size i saw was 26 tall.
-
Are you runing Big Horn or Big horn 2.0? And what size?
-
I hit a rock today and put a big big hole in the front tire. I was able to crawl back 6 miles and the tire stayed on the rim did not ruin it. can I put Big Horns on the front and leave the POS Far East tires one the rear or will this cause issues when locked in 4 wheel drive?
-
I will go with the trooper also I love the one I have and would recommend one to any one.
-
I have a windshield and still get lots of dust. I have cut 3" ff the top and 2" off the bottom. I still get some dust sucked into the cab I think the reason you don't rocmoc is you have the bottom of the dash off if I remember right. I think this would increase the air flow into the cab and eliminate the low pressure caused by the windshield. Does this sound reasonable?
-
Are you going to take it from the intake up to get ride of the convoluted rubber hose? I think it would give it better flow by straitening out the intake flow.
-
Thanks rocmoc great idea I will be doing that this weekend.
-
I like this idea it sounds like it will work. Thnaks.
