Get your self ready to defend yourself your loved ones and your property. I'm not some anti gov wacko and have never owned more then a pellet gun or a black powder derringer for fun but I am looking at a semi auto pistol and rifle along with a few thousand rounds for each. Just my thinking but I could be a little paranoid but better to be prepared then sorry.

I have had zero problems with the skid plates and I have knocked the heck our of them. I modified my rear plate because the first Troopers' plates were ALL wielded on with zero access to components. I had to remove it to replace the rear driveling and only replace it then. This would be very low on my wish list.

Your skid plates must not be aluminum?

I have bent the heck out of mine I wouldn't mind upgrading but don't want to add a lot of weight.

It looks like a lot of fun great pics.

Glad you decided to join us and welcome to the best Trooper site on the net.
-
I must have missed it some were but what did you do to your springs?

Hello Quacks first welcome. I run hot most of the time I tend to run it pretty hard and have maxed out the gauge and had the light on a few times. I moved my rad up on the rear of the safari rack and it helped a lot but as rocmoc pointed out is now vulnerable in a roll over. And Joyner says the sending unit is not calibrated to the gauge right but I have never checked it.

Thank you Ksimpsy and Kinarfi I need a pic to understand what your talking about.

I guess that's were I was wrong I thought it had a flatter tread and was stiffer and the bias was more like a balloon and softer.
-
I thought bias would flex more when aired down to grab rocks.
-
I have been able to find quite a few different options in 30x950-31x1050&31x1150. I'm just not sure what would be better but would think bias would be better for 4 wheeling.
-
I will be doing the tire and wheel thing like rocmoc. I was just wondering what everyone thought radial or bias?

An adapter should not be a problem the filter is very common its the same one I use on my garden tractor and my other buggy also uses it.
-
What about behind the winch? I know its a long way but it should you should get good air flow?
-
Good point I had not thought of that.
-
How about on the back of the safari rack that's where I put my rad.
-
I have had low oil pressure when it is real hot.
-
On mine the diamonds are up.
-
I have been planing to for awhile but its to cold to work in the garage right now. I think its a good idea.

Oh absolutely! I was getting sand blasted before; now nothing comes off the front tires into the seats. Now if I can only solve the dust draft problem
If you have a windshield what I did was cut a few inches off the top and bottom it did not stop it but it helped a lot. Another thing i have herd of is to put a back on the cab. rocmoc said it will also help to remove the bottom of the dash. Cutting the windshield and removing the bottom of the dash will allow the air to flow through the cab and not create the vacuum caused by the windshield. And did you do anything about the rear wheels?
off topic but couldn't resist, sorry

I have also seen this coming for a long time. But no one will listen to me they all think I am paranoid. Do any of you listen to Coast to Coast am? It has some crazy stuff on it but it also has some interesting stuff about our government and all the things they are doing. Some of the things they talk about are pretty scary if you think about it. Halliburton has been contracted to build 5 camps that will hold a million people each in case of a political uprising. They have also trained between 20,000-50,000 battle hardened troops specifically to take our guns away. It was not just some quacks talking about this they had state representatives and legislators on talking about it and confirmed the camps and the training of the troops.
