Just get a garden hose and find a hole where you can get in.If no place to shoot water into the bellhousing. If no place pull the starter out first disconnect battery.Once starter is out just use hose and flush the bellhousing till there is no more mud. There is a little plate on the transmission take the 10mm bolts off.You do not have to take it completely off.Just pry it out a little. And flush till no more mud.If anybody need help call me it's easier for me to help!I Have 16 years of experience on Joyner. We have built hundreds of  Stock and Hi Performance engines we have shop manuals to help you out.928 344 2117

You need to have a least 50 psi at the gauge. You need to stay up on maintenance running the fuel pump with a clogged filter puts extra strain on the pump.Due you run low on gas that puts extra strain on fuel pump.Trooper can not run on 5 lbs of pressure are you using the right reading on the gauge i think you

are looking at the wrong reading on the gauge has 2 scales use the big one.If you have any questions just call 929 246 6819

Remove the oil filler cap, fill oil (SAE 10W/30-50) about 3.86 liters to the engine. This is what oil joyner recomends if engine is broken in than you can go synthetic or a good quality oil.We use the castor oil is a good quality oil.Try to get a Wix oil filter they make a good quality filter.Oil  10  w 30.

    Thank You

Hi we sell heim joint seals. We have different sizes. With this type of seal it should keep the joint clean for a long time. You will have to slide them in the sides. No grease, it does attract dirt and sand into the heim joint. We are carrying a much better quality heim like the one you purchased at a better price. We are carrying UHMW bushings for the rear of all joyners.

    Thanks, Rick

I would think that the gauge is not working right. If when running and gauge reads hot check the radiator and see if all four corners of radiator is hot.It should be hot or vary warm on all corners. If they are than you do not have air pocket in coolant system. Its the gauge is not correct.Go buy a 2 1/16 gauge electric temp sensor. On back of head there is a spacer where the thermostat. You can drill and tap the spacer to install the sensor

run new wire to gauge and then you will know the correct temp of the motor. One thing if you are driving at almost red line for a while it will get hot you will have to slow down and watch the gauge go down and know exactly the correct temperature of the motor at all time. The engine is running good right. No miss like head gasket. But first thing is replace gauge.Than at all the time you will know the temperature. If you do not have spacer than we carry them.

    Good luck

i have never had to change a radiator because of running hot.If you want call me so i can help you find out why its running hot.If fan is going on and spinning the right way there are a few  reason why joyners run hot.Just call it is so much easier to help fix a problem buy phone than type and go back and forth. After you fix it you can post the problem and repair.

We recently purchased a Land Master 300. The sellers did not have a manual. or even a title. It was advertised as a 2015 model. The ad was put up by one of the two owners. When we received the "Bill of sale" they provided, the other owner in filling it out, entered that it is a 2014. The only manual I have found online is a generic one for all of American Sportsworks UTVs. The lights will come on, using the key ignition the engine doesn't turn over.  There is no noise or indication that the motor is engaging. It will crank if you pull start it (with the choke on). Using the manual I downloaded online, I cannot find the spark plug, or the oil dip stick. Since it appears there is no "spark" when I turn it on, I conclude it must be the starter or the spark plug. Could the battery be down and the lights work, but it won't start? Does anyone have a manual for this LM300 with an accurate engine diagram? Is there any way to get a good manual or know for sure what year model we have? Can we get a new title in my name? Thanks for your help!

Sound like you have fixed the 1 problem the TPS.After you get it installed i would check out the turbo system. You should have A/F ratio gauge. So you know if everything is working to make sure it's running right.I hope everything works good if not just call me and i will help you out.Let me know if this fixed the starting problem i log everything in a book so i can reference it when customers call me with problems. Make sure you snorkel your air filter to the roof 3"pvc.If you drive sand then go Uni filter if dirt than go K&N Good luck.I have cams to help with turbo lag.Easy install.Good Luck
