We have found it to be louse gauges. When we test oil presser we put a new new gauge and we have about 12lbs. of pressure at ideal.and usual 45 at speed witch is good.

So if you want the true pressure than you replace gauges.Same with the temp gauge.Just junkie gauges you can buy auto meter gauges for the same price. All you have to do is run a new wire or some times use the old wire from the original system.

I have a been talking about upgraded differential from China.Today we found a new differential with the suppose up grade from China. They for got to tig the pin in place.

This will be a problem with the this differential in the future with heat and vibration. These are the 12.9 bolts with nuts we.

The Rev limiter is there to save engine. This engine dose not produce any hp gains or torque at a higher rpm.And with the turbo charger it will come apart.Turbo kits just don't work on these engines. That is why super charging is the only way to go.If you want more top end go with bigger tires.Hope this helps.

    Thanks Rich

Lets talk about thing we just don't think about. Its the c/v axles. We change the oil and replace brakes and tune up engine. So what else do we need to service is the c/v axles.

lubrication brakes down from cheep grease and friction of the balls and the cage.If boots are good than just cut off the steel clamps get some brake clean and a brush and rags and clean out all the old grease .Replace with a good quality synthetic grease. We carry Desert Gold grease that when repacking the c/v will last a long time it will not break down.We tested a new C/V axle and drove it hard and then we replace the grease with Desert Gold and the c/v ran 20% cooler than the new one

Over the years i have replaced hundreds of C/V axles. So i was going to post a how too maintain  the c/v joints. These joints are a part of the axle that takes all the abuse

Under the C/V boot the C/V is  highly verstal joint with cage and balls. When the c/v axle is running it gets hot.So the cheap Chinese grease goes bad.It loses its lubricating property. And then turns in to a black gunk. The picture is what your c/v joint looks like now .So i recommend you clip off the metal clamps slide in the boots

to the center of axle if they are in good shape. Then start getting some brake clean and a brush and rags because it going to be a mess inside of unit.Let everything dry so no cleaning products are left behind. It drys up quickly then get c/v boot clamps autozone. Then repack with a good grease we sell desert gold grease. This makes the c/v joint run 20% cooler than a new c/v axle .If a boot rips it has to be replaced immediately!

    NOT PRETTY LOOK DOWN!

It is 70% and air pocket.Jack up back  and then slowly ad coolant. If it starts to back up put the cap back on and let it cool. Some Joyner have a tee shape on hose buy the end of block if so take the little line off with the motor cool not hot. Then try to fill it up.If not just get the buggy on a 45 deg. hill and start it up and keep filling. In the end all sides of the radiator.Should be hot.You did check the thermostat first.

Our shocks are complete springs resvar dual rate included I have used Walker-Evans on my renegade long travel.Great shock but expensive. For the average guy with a trooper these just bolt on and your done.Joyner has done all the work on the set up.Is there always better yes dose every body have your skills no.I give options to you guys you make the choice. We have sold a lot of the 28" and 32" shock for the Viper.Price can't be beat.I have never used FOA shocks so i can't compare. But they look good and we are going to carry the rebuild kits at our shop.So parts no problem.1 year warranted.
