I don't know if you already have this. If so, just disregard.

I'm 6'7", with a 38" inseam. I fit in my Massimo T-boss 410 easily.
-
Let us know how it goes.

Could a valve not be seating? That would account for the low compression. Too much air would cause the sensor to add more fuel, hence the rich condition.
-
How would that affect your compression?

i have a massimo 400 buck 2019 where can you get parts for this in need of a starter motor assy.
Should be able to find the parts you need on Massimo's website. Also, do a search on the internet.

Bad rings, warped head, blown head gasket. Does it smoke much when running? Sounds like oil getting past the rings, maybe. If it does smoke, what color is the smoke?

Don't get the wrong impression, Joe. I didn't mean to say that you were hard on yours, just that while some were stuck or broke down, yours kept on going. I know about the warranty stuff, but you gotta admit, it does go better than some other big name brands at times.

That's what you started out with? I'm impressed! I believe you can find a manual for it here on this site. There's a forum specifically for manuals. That will be very helpful.
-
I thought you beat on yours pretty hard at times, and it runs when others don't.

My T-boss 410 is a wet clutch type. Don't know for sure, so maybe check the internet, or call Massimo to verify. Mine's a 2019, so I would guess it's also a wet clutch type.

Do you know what the factory hp rating is? Sounds like you already covered a lot of bases, as well as sunk some $$$ into it. Have you done a compression check?
-
Is it an overhead valve motor? Sounds like one or more of the valves is stuck open. Or, there's something in one or both of the cylinders. You could remove the heads, or maybe one of those snake cameras would give you some idea.

I would assume that there was a reason for the factory to install a 4 hole injector. Maybe ask a tech at the factory, if available?
-
Glad it worked out for you. Was it difficult to get mounted?
-
Good news! Can you tell me why you chose that fan?
-
No reason it wouldn't. If you can get it mounted and wired up, it should work fine.

Excellent suggestion. I had a riding mower that would only run for several minutes, then die. It drove me nuts trying to locate the problem. But, after waiting for the engine to cool off sufficiently, it would start again. I finally drilled a small hole in the gas cap, and problem solved!

That's sad, and an expensive lesson to learn.

Do you have any kind of temp gauge? See how hot it's getting, and if the electric fan is coming on.

That's extremely prevalent on the internet. I get random emails like that almost daily. They always seem so innocent. But you would think that some people would be cautious, with all the red flags with any of those emails. I just delete them and move on. Maybe it's just my pessimistic view of the world.

I got one, too. But when I went to the site, it wasn't there. Mods, maybe?

There's a trouble code in that list for the fuel system. It's SU200. Maybe it's the same? I did a search, that's all I could come up with.
