my engine finally stopped BREAKING .lol -
you cant steer in 4wd.. with all wheels pulling , it just wants to go straight not turn .. mine will actually push the turned front wheels straight forward

The old 3 wheelers were easily rolled over while turning but if you kept it going straight you were OK .. with ballooon tires they practically floated ...and thats all we had then

Everytime I go to tractor Supply or home Depot, both Massimo Dealers, and I see anyone looking at the Massimo UTVs in front of the stores, I take the time to tell them of my "wonderful" experience with Massimo and their products and service.... They usually change their minds about buying one. BTW, all of these are mostly assembled at the Massimo Assembly Plant in Dallas Texas.. and Cliffs right, its built from cloned and aftermarket parts from the cheapest sources they can find ....the final assembly is at the Dealer, seats, wheels/tires ,roll bars windshield.. And yes, I am an old fart too.. I bought my first THREE WHEELED HONDA ATC90 when I was a teenager ..when dinosaurs roamed the Earth..

I will say, Mine is running pretty well now with a mix of several new Yamaha Rhino parts to replace the poor quality Hisun parts, and a few modifications to the cooling system ..... But Massimo as a company is a horrible excuse for a UTV manufacturer .. I know several owners with similar stories as mine and some even worse.. UTV/ATV Mechanics refuse to work on them... I really wish I had spent the extra money and bought the Honda Pioneer ... But who knows , you may get lucky with yours.. I hope so.. Oh by the way, use PREMIUM fuel in it or it rattles on hot days

Dude my MSU 500 overheated in its very first mile on its first day in my possession.. factory STILL has not paid for that repair bill.. 3 years now... It had been in shop 6 times by the 300 mile mark.. Factory has paid ZERO! I paid for new head, waterpump, headgasket , and lots of labor.... When I called MASSIMO, They told me they changed engine suppliers and dont warrenty HISUN... I said I had warranty and they need to pay .. Rep laughed and said..." NEVER GONNA HAPPEN" then hung up .. Shops here wont touch one unless you pay up front

lol sue Massimo? lol and get what? a set of used pads off a UTV that wont start ? their entire company is bankrupt

its not like that on mine. the end is fastened to handle at bottom, cable has adjusting sleeve about 2 ft down with locking nut and two rubber boots that slip over it ... doesnt matter tho, they never put the pads in the caliper

I just adjusted mine ALL THE WAY it could go to tighten it.. still wont stop it from rolling... I looked at the caliper on the output shaft operated by the E-brakewith a flashlight... .. it has NO PADS in it.. never installed by Massimo I guess

Mine is not like that either.. Park Brake has never held , even new .. as for Massimo Tech support... well , if you ever find ANY, let me know

you are concerned that the drivetrain will fail and front and rear hydraulic brakes as well as the mechanical Park Brake ..ALL at the same time on a hill???? well, maybe bring an anchor and a short rope -

thats an interesting thought.. I know the Yamaha RHINO engines will bolt right up but I have no idea about the Grizzly -
no worries.. and kids these days are not taught to respect hard work and achievements.. They think its just owed to them simply for being here .i worked every day I could since I was 13.. I am comfortably retired.. They can all kiss my ass

in a related story, my damn Massimo is still running flawlessly.. I am simply astounded .. I ran it all weekend . probably put 100 plus miles on it in the mud trails and the woods at my place at Whiskey Bay .. It really does well in 4wd in heavy mud .. never ran hot at all.... could it be that once you blend a few quality YAMAHA parts with HISUN , you get a pretty decent machine??? who knows , but for now I am pretty happy with it .. Still HATE the Massimo Corporation tho.. that wont change..
