  1. A Coleman 550 from TSC its not the best machine out there but it works great for me
  2. They probably would but I doubt you would be happy with them these are for cars not off road vehicles have you tried tractor supply or rural king or other stores of this type they usually have tires for these things
  3. Glad to hear that you found your problem my 550 still isn't running the way it should I may have to do what you did .Mark
  4. Try fuel filter and injector. Every piece of crud that gets into the unit at the factory is still in it when you get it so stock up on fuel filters and change your oil soon I know been there done that good luck
  5. Hi Rich shop decided that it's the injector so they ordered a new one from coleman not sure it'll be any better but if they put it in its their problem when it fails machanic said said there's always junk in the fuel tank from the factory and it plugs up the injector I hate taking it to a shop I could change it myself but I worry about voiding the warranty and what if somthing serious would happen but anyway that's all I have for now good luck
  6. Good morning Rich no I have not heard from the doctor yet the injector diagnosis was as we were unloading it it would only run if I pretty much kept floored. They were going to do a thorough check of everything and let me know. He did say that they order parts from coleman so that's kinda all I know right now. This shop is 42 miles from me but I figured that only 5 months old they needed to be the ones fixing it. As soon as I know something I'll share it with you
  7. Hello Rich took my buggy to the Dr. This morning as soon as I started it he said he would bet on the injector he said that they put junk ones in them at the factory.
  8. Good morning just thought I'd let you know I talked to a mechanic about my sxs he didn't work on it or anything but he said it sounded like a machine he fixed one time that had sheared the key on the flywheel and that would make it go in and out of timing. I've contacted coleman and they have opened a warranty claim for me now I'm waiting for notification about taking it to a designated repair shop. So we'll see I guess I'll keep you up to date.
  9. I have a 550 with 300 miles acting the same way started out as I was driving along it would sputter like it was running out of gas but if you floored it then it would go but I don't always want to be going 30 mph anyway it's progressively gotten worse and now it will start while pushing accelerater and only runs about 5 minutes. I'm very interested to see what you find out about yours. I guess I should add that I've checked the fuel pump (seems fine) changed fuel injector, fuel filter, tmap sensor and spark plug. Actually ran better with old parts

  11. OK I have it when I drained the oil still only looked like 2 qts
  12. I've seen talk about a dipstick extension so as to add more oil how do I know if it needs one, some posts said theirs came with it how tall are the extensions and is this something that I should do
  13. I suppose I could be making a mountain out of a molehill it's got 17 miles on it and I'm not going to 50 like they say I'll do an oil change then go 50 and see how it looks. Thanks everyone for the responses I'll give an update in a couple of weeks, my grandsons are coming to give it a good workout next week so that'll break it in
  14. I've checked the coolant and it's nice and clean just as green as ever
  15. Figures I'm going to put in fresh and new filter and see what happens
  16. Yes pretty much what your saying does hisun put in some funky oil at the factory
  17. What I'm really trying to find out is if anyone has ever had this experience with machines from TS
