  1. while i didn't eliminate the box, i did relocate the intake to the back of the passenger side and added a motorcycle filter for extra measure... seems to be working so far
  2. Needed switches for fog lights for Axis 500 UTV. Designed a 3D printed switch panel - this mounts to where the flat part of the dash looks like switches should have been there from the factory. Uses standard Toyota OEM style switches. Printed in matte PLA filament. You can download from printables.com https://www.printables.com/model/524695-axis-500-switch-panel
  3. So i solved my fuse-popping issue- i disconnected the blue wire from the turn signal assembly. Now my headlights function properly. According to the wiring diagram, the blue wire is an illumination wire that runs to the cluster and i assume the "night indicator" on the diagram equates to "headlight on". I am not sure what in the cluster would be the culprit, if anyone has ideas, let me know. For now, i like having headlights...
  4. mine was the same- a replaceent fuse fixed it but now the fuse blows whenever i turn the headlight switch to the first position... more troubleshooting to do
