accuracy of service manual

I don't know if anyone else has noticed the discrepancies in the online service manual . For instance page

38 it shows the engine takes 3.17 qt which is accurate but on page 42 it shows the engine taking 'about'

3.86 liters not correct. Also on page 38 transmission capacity is 1.9 qt which is correct page 42 says

'about' 2.0 liters incorrect . I can only find one reference to differential capacity on page 43 saying .4 liters

which is the amount that I put in mine . I hope that is the correct amount . Does anyone know? thanks :rolleyes:

I don't know if Joyner diffs are the same but typically you fill a dif until the oil is ready to come out of the fill hole. That is what I do on my T2. On Tuesday I e-mailed Joyner for specs on the T2's diff specs. So far no response.

MY diffs both front and rear started leaking second ride. Drained both diffs both had 22.5 oz .4 liters is 13.57 oz

Rode 40mi last trip drained rear diff all checked ok no oil contamination ,also no more leak. Now more worried

about diff being under lubricated than oil leaks

      2018 Hisun Sector Crew 1000 engine die after about 15 minutes run

      My 2018 Hisun sector crew engine cut off after about 15 minutes run. There is no indicator of what is wrong, no error code just die and won't restart until it cool down. I notice that the fan is not running but the temp indicator is on low temp, no overheat indicator. I checked the radiator fluid, it is cool to touch.
      Cooling fans are working, I can hear it running once awhile if I can get the engine warm up enough.  Thank you for all the help.

      Need manual for teardown and rebuild 2011 hs 500

      Purchased a 2011 bighorn banchee. Needs motor work. Not sure what. Husband is mechanic but not computer savvy. So, is there a manual that will tell him how to tear this down?  We have down loaded a service manual, but he says it doesn't tell him what he is looking for.
