I am trying to replace the gearshift fan gear which is eaten up on my machine. We were able to order an assembly on Amazon and it all went right into place except the fan gear itself. Ours has a splined shaft and the one we got is not. So we went back to the drawing board and tried to order the one we need but all we can find is just like the one we ordered the first time. I will include pictures of both parts and of the piece it attaches to.

It appears that you are missing the gear sector (picture #2) on your new part.  For your new part you will need the "selector" that is made for your new part.  Why not clean up your old part?

The teeth are eaten up. It's not clear in this picture but they are.  We have both parts, I just didn't take a picture of the other part. Pictures 1 & 2 are the front and back of the old part that the teeth are eaten up on. Picture 3 is splined piece that it fits into which goes to the actual shifter on the transmission. The last two pictures are of the part that is wrong. I am wondering if it is an improved version of it and we need to change the little arm part also.

Hope I posted this in the right place. Looking for the left side shaft carrier where the rear bearings go for an 1100cc sand viper, I understand an 800 cc carrier will also work. I need the old style two bearing with the spacer in the middle, the new style with just the one wide bearing wont work. If anybody has one I'll buy it right away. my email is [email protected]

I have been searching and can't find much info on these units. Pretty surprising as every other thing I own I find a lot of info on. Researching for tech info and such it's like no one owns any of these yet I see them everywhere.

Hello. I have a 2016 Massimo MSU 500. I was putting on a lightbar and i screwed up and didn't disconnect the battery so when i was taking of the positive cable to put on the power from the lightbar it sparked and now the utv has no power. I turn the key over and all i hear is a chirp. No lights or anything. Everything that comes from the battery to the jumper box up by the battery shows voltage but anything coming out does not such as to the winch or anything like that

My 2022 Coleman/Hisun UTV 400 steering shaft has a couple of U-joints and angles to help get it down from the steering column to the rack.  Today, my son who drives it most came in and said that it wouldn't steer and that he could turn the steering wheel but it doesn't turn the wheels  I investigated and noticed that the bolt that clamps down the upper part of the steering shaft onto the lower one before the first u-joint in the steering shaft had fallen out.  We haven't been able to find it, so I wanted to see what size and thread, bolt I should get to fix it?
