Okay guys, this Vector 500 is killing me. Hisun 500cc engine (Chinese)  About a year ago while riding slowly, I heard a tink and UTV turned off and would not start.  Checked everything long story short, timing chain jumped off lower sprocket, slightly bent the cam sprocket phasers.  Bought new chain and cam sprocket, set everything back to timing position, mounted chain on lower shaft sprocket and upper cam sprocket.  Set the tensioner, cranked and poof, chain once again jumped off lower shaft sprocket.  Again, repeated proper timing settings, remounted chain, cranked and poof again and again and again, chain keeps jumping off lower sprocket.  Just to be clear, valves, piston and all components are look in great condition.   Can't see shaft sprocket but to the finger behind the tight squeeze, all sprockets seem to be in place, or maybe not.  Tired of fiddling with it. This was bought brand new at Home Depot and has less than 200 hrs in the past 3 years.  Don't tell me to warranty it as that expired one year in. Talked manufacture out of McKinney TX and service tech was no help.  My question to you, what am I missing? What next?

Dumbfounded 🤔

Unlikely that its bent.  The crankshaft is too narrow as you can see on pictures. The sprocket is pressed in and the hours are under 200. No reason for that to bend. Hisun suggested new tensioner and tensioner guides but even those look brand new.

Ever get anywhere with this? I’m having similar issue, engine jumped timing and won’t run. I can spin the cam, the timing chain turns, but the crankshaft doesn’t. I was actually able to screw around and get everything longed up again and got it to run for 10 seconds. Everything looks new, that I can see. Worried gear on crank issues. Only 4 years old and couple hundred hours on it. With it being a press fit, I’m thinking no way to replace with engine installed. Hope you got yours running again. Mines been down for a few months and momma wants it back running. Maybe I’ll just drop a 5.0 coyote in it. Lol

Next problem with charging system to tackle, any help would be appreciated.
      New starter solenoid....check
      New Voltage Regulator...check.
Dynamic test to Stator.....bang...pulling like 2 Volts AC
Problem: Without pulling the part out and stranding the vehicle at the shop forever.... I am trying to find the correct stator or at least one that might not be exact for the Massimo Buck 400S, but fit and connect and do the job if that makes sense.... if anyone has any ideas, please shoot them my way.

I have a 2011 or so Landmaster LM200.  I cannot get it to start.  I turn the key and nothing happens.  The brake switch seems to be working, the ignition switch works.  The Coil is new the Voltage Regulator is new and the starter relay is new.

I can connect the terminals on the starter relay and it starts right up and runs fine.  I just can't get it to start by turning the key.

I am having a bit of trouble bleeding the brakes, not much fluid comes out at the calipers when I am pumping the brakes, though that an air bubble near the brake switch might make it not sense that the brake pedal is depressed.

I am at a loss, please help!

I have a 2021 Axis(Hisun) 700 from Lowes. Will not start. Checked starter, solenoid, spark plug and fuel pump. Everything seems to be fine. The motor turns over and will try to start but just will not. Battery is also good. Frustrated!

"Mrs. Smith" doesn't like how loud our Sector 750 is.  On a HISUN forum someone said the same thing about his 750.  I haven't given it much thought because I've been more focused on stuff that has broken.
So, I used my decibel meter to check ours out.  4000 RPM, Low gear, under 20 MPH . . . . 97 decibels.  That's above most ordinances, even state boat noise limits.
AI Overview Ninety-seven (97) decibels is considered very loud and dangerous to hearing with prolonged exposure, roughly equivalent to a newspaper press, a loud nightclub, or a snowmobile. At this level, damage can occur after just 30 minutes, necessitating hearing protection

Have a MSU 500 that we got from my wife's uncle a while back. We've had it running and hauling around the property but it stopped a few months ago after what I thought was running out of gas and I'm just getting to looking into it.
Had fuel to the injector but nothing coming out the injector so swapped with new injector and installed inline filter in the supply hose from fuel pump. Tried again and still nothing but noticed this time that I can't hear the fuel pump priming.
Pulled off the electrical connection and I'm getting 12V to the fuel pump but it won't run. Put it on a test bench and got it to run so put test lamp between +ve and -ve terminals on the connector and nothing. Checked against the passenger seat securing post and get a light.
Tried chasing the wire back and think that the ground is through the ECU but not 100% sure. Can someone confirm for me? And if it is through the ECU, is the ECU just grounded against the frame or is it wired through to the battery?
Thanks in advance and hope this all make sense!
