Arctic Cat Havoc lost acceleration

One of my hunting camp partners owns an Arctic Cat Havoc. ( Possibly 2019 model) and yesterday we had it out on the trails and was running fine. Shut it off to do a few things and when restarted we can not get it to go over 4500 RPM. We tried shutting off several times and restarting but still nothing. Topped off with fresh clean gas also. It moves and goes but will not go above that. Any ideas of what could be the cause?

      I bought this SxS brand new.  A couple of years after I bought it, I became disabled.  Thus it has only 47 miles and around 16 hours of use.  I have no need to keep the SxS.  I am in Foley, Alabama.  It is very hard for me to get in out of the Challenger.  I would like to sell the set, 2019 Challenger 400, trailer and uninstalled winch (this was bought brand new as well, someone was supposed to help this newbie install and we never got around to doing this). I want  $6500 for the whole set OBO (Serious offers only).

      Altering running lights

      Anyone decent with electrical work that knows a good tutorial on how to make my running lights switch off all together but also turn back on when I need too? I'd assume that my lights are hard wired to the battery or the fuse panel.
      Vehicle is a Kawasaki Krx 1000
      I'm looking to ad IR driving lights for night vision and short of just putting black tape over the lights I feel this would be a more efficient option and it would be cooler.
