2022 Tracker 800SX Coolant Tank

So my 2022 Tracker 800SX developed a coolant leak. Under pressure there was a pin hole size leak which was spewing coolant towards the firewall. Upon removing the tank I discovered it was bulging pretty severely such that it caused a small crack. Has anyone else experienced this? I suspect either a faulty tank or perhaps a faulty tank cap (rated at 15PSI).

Yes, I'm actually dealing with this issue as we speak. I had to get a replacement but won't get here until lake January. I've had this issue for over a month now.

I am currently dealing with the same issue on my 2022 SX Crew of a pinhole leak in the coolant tank that also appears to have bulged in several places due to high pressure or possible freezing due to too low of freezing point of the antifreeze furnished with the unit. Hopefully get the new $100 coolant tank soon.  I also had a huge problem with the clutch not engaging unless high rpm's due to an excessive amount of dirt in the clutch which caused the clutch to wear excessively. No one could explain how or why the excessive dirt got into the clutch. The clutch repair was near $1000 and now being told to remove the clutch cover routinely to blow out any dust. It does say "OFF ROAD" right on the unit which is only used on weekends and summer months at a lake cabin. Thinking about selling or trading.

      Joyner 1100 oil pressure problem.

      I have a 2007 Joyner 1100 sand viper and  before it even get's to where the thermostat opens up the oil pressure get's so low I have to shut it down. What could fix this ? I thought about adding an oil cooler with fan, thicker oil, or removing the thermostat. Any advice?

      I am throughly discussed with the 800sx.  It has a lot of suspension cracking and squeaking from the suspension/shocks.  Also been to the dealer 4 times for excessive drive clutch/belt squealing.  They have no clue and they have (supposedly) changed both clutches and drive belt. Anyone having any of these issues.

      Onto the next problem, everything has been replaced in the charging system except the Flywheel Rotor, I have it torn apart all the way down to said rotor, but it is suggested that a specific puller is required, and a compatible rotor seems virtually impossible to find.  I can find many like it, but this one is mine scenario for those that get the reference.  For all I know I have the last Massimo Buck 400S on the planet and will never find another part again, but who knows.  Any ideas, help or otherwise that anyone might have would be greatly appreciated.

      Ive searched and cannot find any performance parts that fit my machine.
      I have a 2020 coleman ut400.
      Im looking for machined sheave kit, programmers, cdi, exhaust and intake.
      I know these are yamaha rhino clones but are they rhino 450 clones?
       
      Any info is appreciated.
