I purchased a new 2023 Landmaster UTV L4 in October of 2023.  UTV didn't seem to have as much power of the demo L4 that I drove but figured once it broke in it would be better.  After about a week the unit started bogging down backfiring and stopping.  Gas fumes really bad, wait a few minutes and it would start up again.  Brought it back to the dealer and after keeping it for a few weeks said he couldn't find anything wrong with it.  Got it back home and it started acting up again, brought it back to dealer a week later and he said he found couple things that might cause it to do run bad and he was able to replicate the issue but didn't really know what was wrong.  Got it back home again after being at dealer for several weeks and the unit started running bad again right away.  Brought it back to dealer and he went back and forth with Kohler about possible fixes but just checked somethings and try to swap a few parts but still runs bad.  I called Landmaster HQ to speak with someone about a refund and was told that was handled at the dealer level.  Dealer called Landmaster and they told him they didn't do refunds or exchanges especially with units that had problems.  The dealer is now trying to get a new engine to but I have not heard anything as of yet.  I did file complaint with Better Business Bureau and they accepted my claim and reached out to Landmaster.  The National Service Manager called me and said the he had been contacted by the BBB about the complaint and he would look into it.  I told him that I would just like to have my down payment of $2,000.00 returned and never mind the over $1,000.00 I have paid in notes for a UTV that I cannot even ride on without hoping it gets me around the neighborhood.  I have found out that the 2024 Landmaster UTVs will have Vanguard engines due to issues with the Kohler engines.  Very disappointed in what is "Proudly Made in the USA" and the way Landmaster has treated this disabled veteran!

So, I got a new engine installed right before the Easter break and was excited to have it for the kids to ride that were coming over Sunday.  Unit is running worse than it did before, instead of running right 50% of the time now its more like 30%.  The backfiring that its doing drives my poor dog crazy.  And the drive axel going to the front wheels is rubbing on a part of the engine, and both boots are damaged to where you can see the bearings.  The dealer I got it from is primarily a lawn company and his busy season is starting now, said it would be about a month before he can check it out.  Haven't heard back from Landmaster HQ as of yet but I keep reaching out to them.  All we want is the UTV we are paying for to work as advertised so we can enjoy our UTV riding.  Will update soon as I hear anything.

please explain how or why the rear wheels almost fell off, not that I doubt you but sounds a little hoky

I'm guessing the wheel bearings failed? We had an Artic Cat that did that. Wheel didn't fly off but flopped around like a fish outta water

If you are a mechanic, off brands may be an option for you. If you are not, stick with the big brand UTV's. I have a Joyner trooper 1100 which I have driven the heck out of and made it do things it was not designed for. I also do all my own work and am careful to maintain it every time I get back from a trip. I have also added crash bars, power steering and roof racks and extra lighting. I have also replaced the fenders with polycarbonate fenders that don't break at the drop of a hat. I also have a Honda Talon, and if I have problem with it, it will go to the dealer. So far so good.

you don't mention the outside air temp humidity dew points.  Your Kohler engine model wants to ice up the throttle body in cold weather and even has an adjustable air intake scoop for cold air summer and heated (muffler) air winter.  Thermal (temperature changes the operation characteristics) problems have the "delay" your describe.  Old tractors and trucks/cars would have the outside carb body all frosted up with the correct cold wet snowy conditions.  Look at the throttle body and see if you can find a FROSTY correlation to the problem.  Try some straight gasoline (no Ethanol).  Nothing runs good on that E85 in cold weather.  We have had stations add water to the ethanol blended gas and then have the phase separation catch them with a slop unburnable bottom at the fuel pick up level.  Runs fine, get a fill up and your are dead on road or barely keep it running.

I have 31 miles on my new T-Boss 550. In order to start I put in nentural and the emerage brake on and push down on brake paddle, then trun ket and get nothing, with key still on I shift to reverase and the back to netural and it starts.  Anyone know what is happening.

I have been searching and can't find much info on these units. Pretty surprising as every other thing I own I find a lot of info on. Researching for tech info and such it's like no one owns any of these yet I see them everywhere.

I have a Coleman 550.  Was having problems to start with where it would start and then shut off after a couple tries. It would take off and be good. It then got to a point where it would not start at all. I replaced the fuel injection twice the second time I replaced it I noticed a mouse or something had chewed one of the wires that connect the electrical to the fuel injector. . So two-part question first does anybody have a part number for that wire harness?  Second, any other ideas after I fix the wire harness permanently on what could keep it from starting I have gas flow up to the fuel injector.

I have a 2011 or so Landmaster LM200.  I cannot get it to start.  I turn the key and nothing happens.  The brake switch seems to be working, the ignition switch works.  The Coil is new the Voltage Regulator is new and the starter relay is new.

I can connect the terminals on the starter relay and it starts right up and runs fine.  I just can't get it to start by turning the key.

I am having a bit of trouble bleeding the brakes, not much fluid comes out at the calipers when I am pumping the brakes, though that an air bubble near the brake switch might make it not sense that the brake pedal is depressed.

I am at a loss, please help!

      Brad
