08 joyner T2 won't start

Hello everybody, Im new the forum actually it's my 1st post. I just recently purchased a used 08 trooper at the local bank. It has 535 miles and its camo. That had it as a repo, everything seems to be in really good shape. There's just 1 problem it won't run. They said it needed a ECU I purchased a ECU still nothing. All the lights work, 4 wheeldrive works, horn works, and everything else up front. The engine will crank but wont start no fuel or spark, fuel pump won't even run and the fan will not come on. Crossed over the relays to turn fans on fuel pump and get spark. Still nothing, I would really appreciate any good advise on which direction to go next.

Thanks Seth

There are some down loads of schematics and wiring diagrams available in the part & pieces thread pinned to the first several posts that may help your figure out you problem. Also if you fill out the information about yourself so we can all get to know you a little better, you may find one of us live just around the corner and can help.

Hope this will help some,

Kinarfi

Thanks, I down loaded the schematics. I work out of town so I haven't got back yet to check it out. I updated my profile

I assume since you say your getting spark you confirmed that at the plugs,If so have you confirmed your getting fuel to the fuel rail? possible the pump now works but maybe no fuel going through the regulator. Also check fuses and key switch since both fan and fuel pump should come on when key is turned to on position.I know we have at least one other member in Ky,I went to elementry school in Florence Ky and Ryland Heights Ky.Way to many years ago.

Yes I checked fire at the plugs, I took a plug out and u could smell a little fuel on it. I checked all fuses in both boxes. There isn't a Inline fuse somewhere I might have overlooked is there? I could only get the pump and fan on when I put jumpers on the rely. I went to elementry at Edison in Catlettsburg.

I dont know of any inline fuse, could be.I do know there has been problems with the fuses themselves. If you havnt done so pull each fuse and put it back in,I have heard of some people that have had to do that because of the cheap fuses and bad connections..Was it running when you bought it or did the bank tell you the ecu was to cause of it not starting? There are many more members here that will give you more and Im sure better advise then me so dont give up.

It wasn' t running when I bought it. They had it next door at a little car lot. The mechanic is the one that told me. Which I checked also before I purchased 1. It gets power to the computer, Nothing coming out. I pulled all the fuses and checked them and then put them back. I checked the relays also. It's weird I put the jumpers in and everything works. Then put the relays back in and nothing. They don't have a roll over sensor do they? My bike has one, I wrecked it and it came on. It wouldn't let u start it. Don't know if it has 1 but that's kind of how it acts.

Hey guys! Newbie here. I'm an old man who's better with plowing a mule (4-legged kind) than these newfangled beasts. I, and a friend of mine, just bought new Coleman sxs and are having to finish the assembly. I've been reading on this site and I'm falling on the mercy of you experts. The only way I'm an expert is that an "ex" is a has been, and a spurt is a drip under pressure. LOL First off, the 2 buggies have no ignition switches. They seem to mount on the dash, not the opening in the steering wheel shaft cover, so we ordered new ones that are supposed to fit. They are 8 inches long, and have a 4-wired white plugin which is slightly rectangled when looking at the end of the plug. The trouble is there's nothing to plug into. There is a three-wire grey plug close enough to reach the four-wire plug, but of course, they are not compatible.
Secondly, the blinker, light, ect. unit on steering wheel just spins around when touched. I see no way in heaven or earth to secure it. I've looked at a diagram on the Powersports site, but can't detect how it mounted. Fellows I'd be so grateful for any help with this. Me and my mule will even plow your garden for free, for your help. LOL

I have a Bennche 700 EFI Bighorn. I’ve recently been unable to get it to start. After a little troubleshooting I realized my fuel pump was not pumping fuel. This weekend I emptied the gas and replaced it with new. I replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter and fuel injector. I also replaced the battery, spark plug and made sure all my fuses and relays were good. I have confirmed that the float on the fuel pump is not obstructed. The UTV is about 12 years old and has less than 100 hours on it. It has not run in over a year.  Not sure whats going on?!? After doing a little reading I'm leaning towards it being an issue with the ECU or perhaps a faulty wire in the wiring harness. Anyone have any ideas on where to start looking or what I could be dealing with? Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance!

So I've got a Hisun 550 that I was doing some work on that required removing the CVT and it's housing. Upon attempting to reinstall the clutch, sheaves, etc, I found that the belt no longer fits - it's far too wide. None of the parts have been replaced, they're all OEM. Exactly the same parts as what I took off a few weeks ago.
To be more specific, my belt is 1.25in wide, but the gap between the clutch and the primary sheave is only 7/8in wide. I'll include a few photos to explain.
Has anyone ever experienced such a bizarre problem? Any help at all would be appreciated, I've been stuck on this for a month. I'm open to just about any suggestion.

4 years ago, I suffered 11 strokes, and am now 50% paralyzed on the left side of my body. I am unable to work a normal job anymore. I was working on the sled 2 years before this all unraveled. My wife told me to keep working on it since i was pissing her off staying home and doing nothing.
I still plan on improving and implementing different ideas as the product’s revenue continues to grow.
