I've searched the forum but don't think I found a solution.
I just bought a used 2022 UT 400 with only 31 miles on it. Often I have to rev the motor just a little to get it to shift into forward or reverse. The original owner told me about this and said it needed the cable adjustment that you so often read about. It also jumped out of gear a few times and did grind a little but not very often and only under heavy load like going up a steep dirt road. After reading lots of posts I figured it must be the short shifter throw so I did the shifter extension modification. It didn't help at all. I thought, should I increase the idle speed? The tach reads about 1600 rpm at idle but it doesn't sound that fast to me. It doesn't seem like cable adjustment because it clicks right in gear with just a few more revs. Any ideas?
      Thanks for any wisdom.

Been looking at sport SxS for a while. Its against Can-am or Polaris. I'm not Biased.  I want a turbo model for sure. I'm gunna be racing on my small bit of land with a few jumps. Then once a month up into the mountain trails where they are shared with 4x4 enthusiasts, the odd hiker and horse rider. So not too fast up there.
I'm looking at 2 used vehicles right now.  One is the Polaris RZR Turbo S (2020) with 36hrs ; Light Bar Front bar Rear bar Rock sliders Mirrors Door inserts Door Bags Front half screen. Spare drive belt. Centre storage bag. Rear storage box. Spare wheel .1 other spare rim.  About 1 year warranty to go Just had service
Other is 2017 Can-am Maverick X3 XRS (172bhp) 42hrs.Fully serviced . red/ gold loaded with extras. Front intrusion bar -Front bumper -Winch -Fender flares -Lone star rock sliders -Lone star rear bumper -Can am storage box -Side mirrors x2 -Roof -Led light bar -Metal gear shifter gate
At roughly the same price (can am is 5k more) its a tuff choice for me. Both brand new looking
      Any views ?

Some of us have had our Side by Sides for a long time and some of us for only a few years or months.... They say hindsight is 20/20 and in that case if you could go back and purchase a different UTV brand that would be better, would you?
after you've answered, comment below on why you may or may not choose differently

I recently acquired a 2010 Wildefire WF-300 UTV. I'm trying to determine if this is actually a hisun utv or another brand. Has anyone heard of this name or can point me in the right direction?

To those of you that already own a Kymco - Would you buy another? Why or why not?
