Had some issues where I was losing power on my Hisun.  Got it back to my shop and it wouldn't start.  Drained the fuel, replaced the plug, injector and TPS, cleaned the air filter.  It will start without the air intake attached to the engine but once I put it back on, it will die.  Any ideas on what else I need to do?

Work backwards from the TB air intake boot.  Suspect the critters made a home in the air box or the air filter got wet.  If you find an air restriction...great.  IF not, you need to give more information as to the running conditions with the air intake reinstalled......running rich?, will it rev up with throttle?, lost the MAP sensor?, etc.

      problems is, wiring the buggy to the new motor, OEM key switch has 5 wires (red, green, yellow, black and brown)
      new motor has many more wires than the Subaru and i have no idea what goes where!!!
      finding any info on the web is almost impossible to do also

      spits fuel from breather hose into the air cleaner and then down into carb.  What’s causing this ??

      2021 hisun forge 250 no spark no fuel

      hi everyone i have this 2021 Hisun forge 250 that won't start. no spark no fuel.   when i turn the key on i dont hear the relays click or fuel pump come on. it does have power but the relay doesnt ground the pump or the ignition coil. dont know if there are any safety switches on this model or not.  it does crank and all the accessories work. i  hot wired the pump and it does work.  i found a wiring diagram but it's very hard to figure out and was hoping someone has seen this before. all fuses are good. thanks in advance.

      2013 hisun 500 efi utv. No fuel, no spark

      Hello, I have a 2013 500 utv hisun. Was running ok and cut out while parked. Bike will not start now. It turns over, but won't fire. I have no spark and no fuel. I replaced fuel pump, ignition coil, spark plug, cdi, voltage rectifier and all the fuses and relays. Could bad stater cause no fuel because I can't hear the fuel pump priming. Any info on where to start looking for problem.
