Recommended Posts

tried to send you a PM,congrats on the sale.Didnt take that long.Do you have a DP picked out ?

Sold it in Texas. Was looking on Craigslist in TX and the market looked much better. Listed it in AZ and not a single call in two weeks. The second day in Texas and had numerous calls. Shows you where the economy is better.

Nope, taking our time looking. It is a buyers market and is only going to get better for the buyer with the cost of fuel. Looked at one today but was not as described so was there for less than 10 minutes. Going into the big city tomorrow to look some more.

Not going to spend enough to pickup someone's payments. RV's are not a great investment, LOL! More a life style choice like driving a Prius.
