I have a 2019 T-Boss 410 that died one day after we parked it. It had been getting harder to start (had to hold the throttle down) for some time but would not start. The starter clutch seized while I was trying to start it. I replaced the starter clutch and it will not start. It appears to have solid fuel pressure and solid spark. It "fires" but will not actually run. The exhaust gets hot after cranking so I know that's actually firing but it won't fully start. Any ideas?

I did run a quick compression test and I seemed to have decent compression. It's been a few weeks ago so I can't remember the number but I'm thinking it was in the range of 145 psi. The plug is covered in soot very quickly. I replaced the mass air flow sensor as it appears that the fuel mixture may be way too rich but I'm not sure.

I've run just about everything in it but when I started running into issues I put 91 octane non-ethanol gas in it. I don't think bad fuel is the issue. I have had several people tell me they are finicky with gas. Just the same I might drain the tank and put fresh fuel in it and see what happens. Can't be worse!

I put a new plug in it as well as a new coil actually. The parts are relatively inexpensive and even though my spark seems strong I am tired of messing with it. In any case, I'm using an NGK plug. Same as what came in it from the factory.

Could try this. Simple and easy to do.

Make sure the battery has a good charge. Since you've been trying to start with no luck. I'd charge overnight with a 2 amp trickle charger. Then.

Reset the ECU. Easy to do. At times, my machine is hard to start and I have to hold down the throttle a little to get started. I reset the ECU and I'm good for 1-3 months.

With the machine off.

1. Turn machine on but don't try to start. Just so the fuel pump kicks on. Leave key on until fuel pump builds up pressure and kicks off.

2. Cycle the key off and on 5 times within 30 seconds. Make sure the fuel pumps runs each time.

3. After the 5th time in on position. Turn back off and wait 30-60 seconds.

4. Turn key on. Wait for fuel pump to kick off. Try and start machine.

Riding out today it acted like it ran out of gas,  stalled and died and would not start.   Towed back to house,  New  plug added this past month,  plenty of oil, getting plenty of gas, battery cranks good.   Trys to kick in and starts but doesnt.   Two days prior while sitting at a idle it died.  Added gas and it started did my ranch chores with it.  But just now it stalled out cranks but will not start.   Tried to find if fault codes came up on the clock like manual says but not sure I am doing that right.  Any and all help apprecated.  Thank you

I’m getting a 700-7 every startup. I’m having to change the plug every 100 miles on 93 octane gas. I got a lower numbered plug that is supposed to burn hotter. I’m wondering why that comes up every time I start it and if it’s related? I included a picture of the code or whatever it is. I haven’t seen the code in the owners manual or the hisun shop manual I have.

I have a Bobcat 2200 Diesel (built by Club Car) with a 2-weight Team Primary Clutch I want to rebuild, possibly replace. The clutch has an annoying rattling sound at idle and appears the rollers and weights are worn and loose. When I opened it up, everything looks clean and in great shape. It's just that all the moving rollers and weights seem to have way too much play in them, possibly causing the noise. I've searched for clearance and torque specifications with no luck at all. The UTV has less than 500 hours on it.  Any ideas?

I just bought a new 2024 Hison 550 Stryker 2 months ago. this is the second time I have had this issue.  It only has about 20 hours on it. The last time it happened we took it back to the dealer. it was a fuse.  Since we live three-hour time driving there and back. I would like to find another solution if possible.  I have tried all the fuses that seem to have anything to do with starting.  Currently checking the battery. The battery is new. it came with the unit. It is probably 6 months old.  the UTV has all power to everything electrical. lights turn signals and radio all work.  When trying the key to start . it is 100% dead. as in it doesn't even click.  There is a low whirring like the fuel pump is turning on though. The Unit was running and driving just fine.  we shut it down for the night. The next morning my wife found it in this condition.  Thanks for any Ideas or solutions???   Otherwise, it goes back to the dealer tomorrow. Just hope I didn't buy a lemon. Great little UTV when it does run.😅  anyone else ever have this Issue..?
