As you know we are refining our supercharger to be affordable for the customer. We have a custom fuel system. It has a special Maf sensor Our system has two extra injectors that will feed more fuel as the boast builds. Its not all at once but adds more as boast ramps up.This is one part of the system.Next we are using a sealed water inter cooler using the latest technology.Small pump and small heat exchanger. That is all in one unit.Bolt on the Manifold hook up a few wires and your done.We can raise or lower boost buy changing the pulley. Our test vehicle is a 800cc.Joyner 4x4 we have and EGT, Air Fuel ratio, boost gauge. So we can adjust every thing to make a reliable supercharger kit.We still have a little more work.

We are testing are camshafts in the next few weeks on the dyno.It is on our 800cc Renegade. Its has 27.36 H/P at the rear wheels.Thar is a lot of drive train to move being a 4x4 but we think it will be worth the effort.Old grind so we can see the difference between the new and old.Cost will be a consideration in dyno testing. If we get a good result than we can feel conformable on the 1100cc.

My older LM 650 is blowing fuel into the air cleaner.  Any idea on what would cause this?  It is the Suzuki motor.  Not sure what model year it is.
      Thanks

I've been having misfire issues with my UTV 400 when it gets warm and I've thrown all kinds of parts at it so far with no permanent resolution.  Today I removed the O2 sensor and it is black on the end.  To me that means it's running rich and/or the sensor isn't working.  I replaced the sensor with a new one and will see how it goes I guess.  With EFI, I'm wondering why the sensor would be this way with low hours and mileage?  Is there a way to adjust or lean out fueling on these?  Thanks in advance.

starts up you have keep rpms up for 5 minutes till it warms up then runs fine. But if it stalls wont start unless you unplug fuel pump and hold it to the floor till it starts then plug pump back in and run it till it warms up then it is fine all day.
