Is it possible to put a hydraulic brake lever and a throttle lever from an ATV on the steering wheel of a Polaris razor. So  he can  use his hands.   This is for a disabled friend who cant press the brakes

Just my thoughts.  It's possible with some good design engineering.  I presume your friend has lost the function of both legs.  I don't think putting those controls on the steering wheel would work with any degree of safety.  During a turn, the throttle or brake actuators probably won't be in a position to actuate them if needed, especially in an urgent situation.  A control yoke (vs a steering wheel) with a throttle actuator could be made to work if you don't have to turn the yoke more than 90 degrees (power steering needed).  I would think the throttle (spring loaded to idle) and brake lever would be better accessible from a position on a center console.  Certainly won't be able to do any rock crawling because it takes both hands to maintain directional control without power steering.  Might be limited to slow speed trail rides (my favorite type of off-roading).  Also have to consider the strength of your friends arms and hands.  Most people can apply more brake pedal pressure with their legs by pushing against the back of the seat.  Here's a link to one advertiser:  http://utvpartsandaccessories.com/

There are automobiles with hand controls, but they have power steering and power brakes to make it easier to drive the vehicle.

All mid 2008 through 2014 Polaris RZR 800 series have a big problem with the rear differential pinion nut backing off, allowing the pinion gear to shoot into the rear differential, destroying the rear differential. This has happened with machines with as little as less than 100 miles on them! Reports indicate that there are no problems, nor warnings, until the rear differential grenades, locking the rear axles solid! This requires the machine to be lifted onto a trailer, to be transported for rear differential replacement, as it destroys the case. After failure, rear differential replacement can be quite expensive: labor alone can run from $800-$1200 and a new OEM Spicer rear diff, if you can find one, can run from $1700-$2500! So, if you own any Polaris RZR 800 series between the years of 2008-2014, I recommend that you do this repair before further use of your machine. personally, I have grounded my machine until it can be done. Please check the online post for your own awareness.

2021 uforce 800  turning radius is awful .
I just bought it  added perfex lift
      And 1.5 wheel spacers
The turning radius was bad before the lift .
I looked for steering stops under the tie rod boots and steering knuckle for steering stops . Found nothing .
Are the stops inside the steering rack ?  Is there a replaced steering rack with longer throw to curb this issue ?
      Any suggestions?

Hi everyone, I am new to the site and I have one question. My tilt steering wheel is locked in the upper position, and I was hoping for someone could help me with the problem. I did spray some WD 40 in the area of the mechanism but still wheel is locked in the upper most position. I am willing to try anything to get the wheel free and move to a lower position. Any ideas will be appreciated. Thanks!! and Be Safe!

My 2022 Coleman/Hisun UTV 400 steering shaft has a couple of U-joints and angles to help get it down from the steering column to the rack.  Today, my son who drives it most came in and said that it wouldn't steer and that he could turn the steering wheel but it doesn't turn the wheels  I investigated and noticed that the bolt that clamps down the upper part of the steering shaft onto the lower one before the first u-joint in the steering shaft had fallen out.  We haven't been able to find it, so I wanted to see what size and thread, bolt I should get to fix it?
