Hello all, new member here. I've been lurking on this forum getting info on which utv to buy. I have been looking at the joyner trooper, duruxx drx3, rebel west rx and the oreion reeper sport. Duruxx is out of business, what about Joyner. I see their website hasn't been updated for over a year, about the same with their FB page. When you call your transferred to another phone number (call forwarding) and dumped right to voice mail. To which no one has yet to return a call from.

I see a new version listed for sale from various dealers, ok not dealers but retail establishments. This new or newer version has the radiator mounted up on the storage deck directly behind the seats and their is a snorkel now with a complete auto style air box and flat air filter to match. The front tire size is a 215-75r14. Can't see the rear tire size from pics but it appears to be shorter and wider. Can anyone confirm any of this for me please.

I had the same problem contacting one in Phx.  There might be three repair shops in Las Cruces.  This site:  http://joyner-usa.com/find-a-dealer/ shows 83 dealerships and repair shops.  I doubt the list is current.  From the many postings on this UTV site, you might have to do much of your own service and repair work due to the long distances to repair centers (unless you live near one).

I traveled from Nevada to Joyner USA in Phoenix 2 months ago and purchased a Renegade R2.  They were up and running with a large selection of various models on hand, but mentioned they may be moving to a different building in Phoenix in the near future.  I communicated with them via email at their Parts & Accessories page at http://joyner-usa.com/joyner-parts/.

They always responded in a reasonable amount of time so you might try to get in touch that way.

I bought a slightly used demo model Renegade R2 which is their general utility workhorse not like the go fast Trooper.  The Renegade model is old school without the radiator relocated.  All 4 tires are 265/60-14s.  I did see Trooper models in their warehouse, which were 2018 year models I believe, but did not notice if they had the new radiator/snorkels.

There is Joyner USA in Phoenix, Az. They have a website. I don't want to bad mouth them. I will say be careful if you buy from them. Document and print every contact you have if you buy  anything. I have experience with them.

As a prior owner of an Orion Reeper, I would not recommend buying one.  They are cool looking, road ready, but the quality is not there and the price is up there.

I have a 2007 Joyner 1100 sand viper and  before it even get's to where the thermostat opens up the oil pressure get's so low I have to shut it down. What could fix this ? I thought about adding an oil cooler with fan, thicker oil, or removing the thermostat. Any advice?

2004 250DL DIRT DEVIL. Hey y’all, I already know this is a long shot. But I am looking for a the “prick gear” assembly that makes reverse work for my external reverse gearbox. OEM PN D250.08.103 and its assembly. I bought the kart as a basket case, but I saw that the reverse box was present so I was optimistic.  Upon starting working on the buggy I realized there was a block off plate in plate of there the normal gear would be. If my understanding is correct that means the transmission no longer has reverse gear. I figured it’s just a standard bevel gear and I could probably find a gear to make work, but I don’t want to spend the time making all the other housing parts to shim the gear perfectly. Has anyone spare parts, or figured out an aftermarket solution from McMaster? I already know it’ll be a challenge to get this box to be happy again, but figured I would ask

I have been searching and can't find much info on these units. Pretty surprising as every other thing I own I find a lot of info on. Researching for tech info and such it's like no one owns any of these yet I see them everywhere.

I have a Coleman 550.  Was having problems to start with where it would start and then shut off after a couple tries. It would take off and be good. It then got to a point where it would not start at all. I replaced the fuel injection twice the second time I replaced it I noticed a mouse or something had chewed one of the wires that connect the electrical to the fuel injector. . So two-part question first does anybody have a part number for that wire harness?  Second, any other ideas after I fix the wire harness permanently on what could keep it from starting I have gas flow up to the fuel injector.
