Mossimo 500 efi utv stalls  after startup loads up real bad. After it clears up it runs fine. Then kill it it might start but have to feather pedal. Fouls plug , Unhook injector, and fuel pump , replace plug, hit it with startin fluid till it starts. Plug all back in. Good for a bit. Cleaned 02 sensor, injector,map sensor, idle control valve, set valves, please tell me what I’m missing  any and all help appreciated.

After hooking up fuel pressure gauge had 80 psi one time then 60 and bleed off to 20. Replaced injector and map sensor good to go. Injector leaking off flooding cylinder at any given shutdown. Then wouldn’t start again till plug change.

You choose a SXS that is not popular, and few people own them, compared to others. It probably has a Delphi fuel injection system, like Odes uses on it's Comrade, which is plagued with problems. You cannot go into the electronics and tune the injection system, as you can on others. I know on the Odes, they changed every part in the whole system, on the POS that I bought. In the end, under threat of a going to court under Texas Lemon Law, they refunded my full purchase price. They could make mine run 100% better, but they could never get a miss out of it and make it run smooth. Good luck with the unit you bought. I will never buy a cheaper alternative to anything again. My new Yamaha Viking rocks!

      Next problem with charging system to tackle, any help would be appreciated.
      New starter solenoid....check
      New Voltage Regulator...check.
      Dynamic test to Stator.....bang...pulling like 2 Volts AC
      Problem: Without pulling the part out and stranding the vehicle at the shop forever.... I am trying to find the correct stator or at least one that might not be exact for the Massimo Buck 400S, but fit and connect and do the job if that makes sense.... if anyone has any ideas, please shoot them my way.

      I have a 2011 or so Landmaster LM200.  I cannot get it to start.  I turn the key and nothing happens.  The brake switch seems to be working, the ignition switch works.  The Coil is new the Voltage Regulator is new and the starter relay is new.
       
      I can connect the terminals on the starter relay and it starts right up and runs fine.  I just can't get it to start by turning the key.
       
      I am having a bit of trouble bleeding the brakes, not much fluid comes out at the calipers when I am pumping the brakes, though that an air bubble near the brake switch might make it not sense that the brake pedal is depressed.
       
      I am at a loss, please help!

      Have a MSU 500 that we got from my wife's uncle a while back. We've had it running and hauling around the property but it stopped a few months ago after what I thought was running out of gas and I'm just getting to looking into it. 
      Had fuel to the injector but nothing coming out the injector so swapped with new injector and installed inline filter in the supply hose from fuel pump. Tried again and still nothing but noticed this time that I can't hear the fuel pump priming. 
      Pulled off the electrical connection and I'm getting 12V to the fuel pump but it won't run. Put it on a test bench and got it to run so put test lamp between +ve and -ve terminals on the connector and nothing. Checked against the passenger seat securing post and get a light. 
      Tried chasing the wire back and think that the ground is through the ECU but not 100% sure. Can someone confirm for me? And if it is through the ECU, is the ECU just grounded against the frame or is it wired through to the battery?

      Can anyone please tell me or send a link as to how & where to hook up a code reader to my 2021 Hisun 500 Axis.  I have a 6 pin to a 18 pin  adaptor and the blue cord VAG KKL adaptor .Just not sure where or what to hook up to. Can I use your typical vehicle code reader or do I need to download something on a laptop or PC???

      I recently purchased a 2019 or 2020 (no manual) Massimo 400S Buck Series UTV.  It ran fine for a couple days but the low battery light was flashing while it drove.  It then died in the field one day and I was able to jump the battery and get it rolling enough to get back to the barn.  It started both times I turned the key for a couple days after and when driven died 10 minutes later in the driveway.  Even after jumping it had no juice, but with the key out of the ignition it kept trying to start, a quick look on the Google machine and it suggested starter solenoid or ignition switch was the culprit.  Fair enough, let's just order a replacement solenoid, right?  No way Jose....the pin connector on the UTV is a 2-pin white plastic connector and the part received is a 4 pin.  How do I swap that and make it work?  Can I even?  Where do I find correct parts in the future?
