HI All,

I have an 800cc Hisun fuel injected twin cylinder. Im trying to diagnose a no spark issue.  I had a bad crank sensor, replaced that and still got no spark and yes i doubled check the new one to make sure it was good.  Checked the both coil packs and they are both receiving power, also checked the resistance and both seem to be good.  It seems to me like the ECU is not sending the signal to the Coil packs.  Anyone have any idea how to test the ECU?  Any help or advice would be appreciated.  Thanks

It has two coil packs, one for each cylinder and a crank position sensor.  I have already replaced the crank position sensor and double checked the ohm readings.  I have also checked the Coil packs and they both have identical resistance readings.  I cannot find a value for the coil packs but since they both read identically I'm leaning tword them being ok.  I also have 12v to the wires connecting to them.

Have you checked all the fuses, or relay, specifically the one that provides power to the coils?

If all is good there, and you've replaced the crank position sensor. That doesn't leave much in a no spark condition, except for the CPU.

I checked wires going to coil, I get 12 volts on one of the wires  when I turn the ignition on . Checked all fuses, dont know if there is anyway to check all the relays. I'm ordering new cpu today.

Does the vehicle have more than one relay? On most cars, if there's more than one, you can interchange them from a known working circuit.

It's been a few years, but I'm pretty sure that they can be tested fairly easily. I've always had good luck using the above method for diagnosis.

I'd certainly want to eliminate all other possible causes before putting out the money for a new processor.

It does, I switched them around but didn't make a difference.  I'm looking at new ecm fron $80 - $150.  Alot of them say for hisun 800 but have different numbers.

Just wanted to give update . It was the ecm. Put new one on and got spark immediately to front cylinder.  Ran but smoking and no power. I checked back cylinder and no fire. Pulled coil to check with meter and found wire was not getting good connection where it plugs into coil. All good now . She will scream !!!. Next is to figure out why 4x4 switch wont turn.  Thanks for all the imput....

Laubrey, did you ever get this resolved? I'm having a similar issue and trying to troubleshoot. I've checked pretty much everything, even back-probed the ECU and things look fine, but no spark.
Thanks in advance, Dave

Hi, my 2010 Hisun will crannk but comes to a stop and only clicks.  It has new battery and solinoid. Battery connections all seem good. Any ideas what the problem is?

Just received delivery of a 2024 AMP Pro.  Thought I'd start a thread with my impressions as I use it and learn more.  There doesn't seem to be a whole lot of real-world usage information out there on this model.  Hope this will help others as they research.
      Intended Use Cases
Fire mitigation / slash removal from a 5 acre forested and well-gamble-oaked property.  The previous owners thought as much about fire mitigation as I do about fashion: not much. Snow removal Stump pulling General hauling (rock, lumber, etc.) Weimaraner energy depletion.  Wasn't an original use case, but a nice added bonus.  Experiences So Far
Wasn't impressed that two of the bumpers on the underside of the bed where it sits upon the frame were missing.  The metal on metal contact has damaged the powder coating and the frame.  I expect a little better QC.
I've only put a few hours on it, so not a ton to report on usage.  It isn't quiet; it's silent.  I can't even detect an electric note from the motor. I removed (and subsequently replaced) the motor cover noticed that the motor is German and made by Schambuller.  The motor controller is Italian and made by Dana TM4.  Given the operating specs of both I found on the web, I suspect both are higher quality than the previous Navitas (which is supposed to be decent).  The motor is rated at 25 hp and 71.5 lb-ft of torque.  It feels very powerful.  All the torque is delivered instantly, if desired.
The bed is huge and has an electric dump as standard.  Great feature but would like it to go up a bit more.  Probably not feasible from an engineering perspective, but I want and I need ;).
Power steering is nice, but vague.  Probably common to many UTVs, but I am accustomed to more direct results from input.  Plan early and plan often.
In our first full day of usage, we hauled about 1/2 as much slash as the entire rest of the year when I was doing it by hand cart.  I may get fatter, but I'll also get more done.  After a few days of usage, the battery meter has gone down by 1/10th.
      Until next time...

Riding out today it acted like it ran out of gas,  stalled and died and would not start.   Towed back to house,  New  plug added this past month,  plenty of oil, getting plenty of gas, battery cranks good.   Trys to kick in and starts but doesnt.   Two days prior while sitting at a idle it died.  Added gas and it started did my ranch chores with it.  But just now it stalled out cranks but will not start.   Tried to find if fault codes came up on the clock like manual says but not sure I am doing that right.  Any and all help apprecated.  Thank you

The Axis 500 will not shift into low or reverse.  I have high when it should be in low and all the other places it is reverse.  The gears in the shift cover are fine and I shifted it when the cover was off and yet no change (so it can't be the shifting mechanism gears).  I t has been difficult to get it into low for awhile.  But now it is either high or reverse, no neutral either.
