Howdy. i've been through boerne once, made a stop at the 'Cave without a name'. pretty neat.

a service manual will also be  very very helpful once you diagnose the problem and go to fix it, https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2380057.m570.l1313&_nkw=2008+diesel+3010+mule+service+manual&_sacat=0

does it  leak more when running? or only leak when sitting?

looking at the parts diagrams,  it appears there isn't a gasket for the oil pan, 2007 and prior models have it, but not 2008, they probably used a RTV/silicone compound. but there is a  timing cover gasket , and another gasket for the timing gear case, as well as crank oil seals, so those are all possibilities.

it's easiest to diagnose oil leaks with a clean engine, so i suggest cleaning the block as best as possible with parts  cleaner and some rags. there are also kits you can buy with a UV light and a bottle of dye you put in the oil and the UV light makes the dye glow. that makes the process easier.

I have a Coleman Outfitter 550 purchased in January 2022 that runs and operates pretty well.  65 hours on it so far.   It is a work vehicle for my 10 hilly acres with two 1 acre woods and 5 acres of "lawn".  The rest is under a lake.
My parking brake does not seem to have any grip.  It worked when new but after a month or so, it is just almost useless.     I press the parking brake pedal hard until it stops. Still, it won't hold even on slight inclines.   I don't see the caliper move as I press the brake pedal down.  There seems to be plenty of pad left on it and the rotor is shiny as if it is rubbing a little when applied, but not enough to stop it from rolling.
      Any thoughts on possible causes?

Have a Hisun 800 it runs for about 35 minutes then stalls. Crank's over but has no spark. Let it sit for 15 to 20 minutes and it starts and runs again for about 35 minutes. Changed the CDI / ECU controller and still does it.

Hey guys! Newbie here. I'm an old man who's better with plowing a mule (4-legged kind) than these newfangled beasts. I, and a friend of mine, just bought new Coleman sxs and are having to finish the assembly. I've been reading on this site and I'm falling on the mercy of you experts. The only way I'm an expert is that an "ex" is a has been, and a spurt is a drip under pressure. LOL First off, the 2 buggies have no ignition switches. They seem to mount on the dash, not the opening in the steering wheel shaft cover, so we ordered new ones that are supposed to fit. They are 8 inches long, and have a 4-wired white plugin which is slightly rectangled when looking at the end of the plug. The trouble is there's nothing to plug into. There is a three-wire grey plug close enough to reach the four-wire plug, but of course, they are not compatible.
Secondly, the blinker, light, ect. unit on steering wheel just spins around when touched. I see no way in heaven or earth to secure it. I've looked at a diagram on the Powersports site, but can't detect how it mounted. Fellows I'd be so grateful for any help with this. Me and my mule will even plow your garden for free, for your help. LOL

Does the transmission share the crank case oil with the engine or does it have its own oil seperate from the engine?
