Made this today:

It's a tow-bar/eye for the front end:

The frame had the perfect place to mount such a thing,--a nice flat-faced robust crossbar with two 10 mm captive nuts:

So I used an 11' long piece of 2"x2"x1/4'hot roll angle iron to make a bolt-on towing eye (also good anchor point if using a snatch block for a double-line pull.

Painted up and installed:

Haven't used it yet but per my calculations it should be good to 12,000 to 15,000 lbs.

      Just bought brand new 850 side kick but seriously thinking of chopping the top to lower the top 8 inches.  So it fits in enclosed trailer and through some doorways. Any thoughts on this? My wife thinks I’m nuts.

      Tracker 800sx Crew Pare Tire Mount

      Just wondering how some of you mount your spare tire. I’ve seen the mount that uses the receiver hitch but don’t like that because it looks like it would get in the way of loading and unloading things into the bed. Not even sure if the tailgate drops down when using that sort of mount. I was looking at an in bed mount that has three carriage bolts, 1 to the bed bottom and 2 to the bed side but concerned that the polymer bed might not stand up to that.
      What did y’all do?

      2020 Tracker 800 sx front end noise

      I have a 2020 800 sx with about 16 hours on it.  From day one I have heard a clunking noise from the front end going over bumps.  Has anyone else experienced this?  Also this past weekend while out riding I heard a noise that sounded like the dump bed bounced three or four different times, again has anyone experienced anything like that.  Thanks, gary
