First time poster - new member. Most issues between my pioneer 700 and Challenger 700 I’ve been able to fix without issue. This problem is a different story. Have a 2016 Challenger 700 that overheated due to cooling fan not coming on. Changed both temp sensors on thermostat housing as well as radiator temp sensor. (Being that unit overheated I teplaced to be safe) Put power to fan to verify operation - works great. Checked all fuses, connections ect. No issues found. Verified coolant level and air bled out - all good. Using a temp gun I Can see temps climb to 210 at thermostat housing and 195 at rad at sensor location and fan won’t turn on. Any help on where to check or any wiring schematics for this unit ?

Update to diag. No power found fan (blue wire) ground through rad switch seems present. Traced back wire and appears to go direct to ignition switch? Is this correct ?

Rhino has a snubber diode in series with power feed from IGN switch.  Clones also have same.  The diode OPENS.....thus no power to FAN.  Test by jumping in 12V when radiator warm.  If thermo switch is good and no air in coolant....have fan.  The bad part.....the diode is part of the wiring harness.  Hard wire the "jumper" IGN switch feed and don't waste time looking for diode.  Post back results.

Went back and verified your diag and that is the issue. Thank you. Got tired of working through the excess and unnecessary method of controlling the fan. Ended up ordering a 22mm rad hose sensor adapter with a 175 degree sensor which I’ll install to piggy-back the factory system that seems to constantly give issues. The $65 is worth the insurance if the factory components fail again.

Would you guys be willing to tell me where this diode is located at in the harness. I'm fighting what I believe to be the same problem.

Any help is appreciated.

Massimo badged HiSun clones has the diodehiding deep inside the wiring harness.  Pass side of the machine, radiator side of the firewall.  Look for a thick harness bundle run toward the pass side then turns downward.......the diode is DEEP inside the lump of cable going down.....were the wire color changes from the brn-???  IGN ON (HOT) to the black-red tracer going to the switch.   AIN"T WORTH IT.  Jump from the IGN ON HOT to the blk-red wire.....If you DO want the snuffer diode, insert at the new joint but have the diode band on the blk-red wire

I just purchased a 2023 Honda Pioneer a couple of weeks ago and had the hard roof and a front Honda Pioneer windshield installed at the shop before taking ownership. As things are drying up here in NC, the grass and dust are beginning to fly right through the back of the cab while driving. I was wondering if anyone has any good recommendations on rear windshields, dust panels, or mesh screens to help stop this?
      Thanks a lot!

Hi, I purchased a used Cub Cadet 750 Challenger that seemed like the belt was slipping so I put a new belt in.  It still acts like the belt is slipping but now I am thinking it is the clutch?
What is the best way to remedy this problem?
      Can the clutch be rebuilt?
      Are there aftermarket clutches available?

I heard there's several off road festivals out that way. One or two post apocalyptic, the rest just rev and run. Anyone know a good one that offers camping? Any advice for out of state people like hauling, legality, and where to stay?
Ideally me and the missus would be down for camping out and setting up shop somewhere nearby. That way we can just wake up, load up, and ride.

I have a 2021 Axis(Hisun) 700 from Lowes. Will not start. Checked starter, solenoid, spark plug and fuel pump. Everything seems to be fine. The motor turns over and will try to start but just will not. Battery is also good. Frustrated!
