WHERE CAN I FIND?

Recommended Posts

As hard is it is to believe, I backed into a cactus and broke the amber section of my Trooper tail light. I called Joyner and was told I had to buy the whole assembly --- for $39.00!

Just on the very slim, outside chance, maybe someone else might have broken the red or white section on their lens, I would be more than happy to buy the amber section.

If you have one let me know and I'll put money in an escrow account to cover the purchase. The only reason I said that is the ones from Joyner are apparently made of gold!

Go to a Flower shop or Craft plae and get some amber plastic sheeting that they use for decoration and then use clear tape to cover the hole. Will be amber again and waterproof.

$39.00 does sound too bad when compared with some of the other prices for Joyner stuff. Maybe this is a deal! Next week the price is going up to include shipping & a pirate surcharge.

Hi mouser58 & rocmoc.

I sent a message to Ken Morris at Joyner suggesting it might be in their best interest to reconsider having to buy a whole tail light assembly just to get a small plastic lens. He agreed and said he would look into it.

I told him about this forum and suggested he look at it as there are some good ideas here. He has been doing that has found it interesting.

I don't envy him is job. Getting our friends over seas to move is sometimes a major undertaking. If you've read you Joyner manual you know what I mean.

I may end up doing as mouser58 suggested, at least until I can get a proper part.

I broke my taillight the first time I hit reverse in the woods! It is on the top of my list to replace all the taillights with LED lights from a rig. I'll have all the same colors and they will pop out if I hit anything. This mod will be simple and cheap compared to ordering a new lense every time I ride. I'll post pics when I get this complete.

    • 2009 Joyner trooper starting problems

I have a no cranking issue with my joyner. It has a chery 1100. It will click but nothing after that.  New battery. I tried banging in the starter while holding key in start(old car trick). Now the  starter solenoid won't even clunk. Just hear s click fron the relay now.  My assumption is the starter needs replacing.  Any ideas of other things to check? Does anyone have diese block diagrams?  Got no clue what fuse or relay goes to what

    • Trooper 1100 Turbo Kit?

Hey guys, so i have built my own turbo kit in house and it works awesome! seeing these turbo kits for sale for 3 and 4k seemed a little steep for me.. i built my entire kit intercooled and all for less then half of that price so i am considering selling these kits.. if i could produce a complete bolt on kit that could be installed with simple hand tools in your garage strait for $1800 and intercooled for $2500 would any of you be inerested? i would like to post pics but not sure how to? i have also snorkled my trooper and not just the air filter but diff vents, the two chrome catch cans (crankcase vent and radiator vent) along with raising the ECM and fuse boxes to head level.. this as well could be sold as a kitfor very little cost. i can also do the work in-house if needed (install all of this for you) for only a couple of hundred... is this stuff you guys would be interested in? Turbo kits will be complete al the way down to an Autometer Vac/Boost guage, fuel controller etc.... i have seen a HUGE increse in power! if you have more questions you can call me at 713-824-8891 i'm in the Houston Texas area. Also Lenny would you mind calling me so i could pic your brain for a min? some questions about this site (how to post pics, stetting up my profile etc.) as well as a few other things. Thanks i love this forum and really look foward to helping in the future! and really like seeing extreme joyners on the trail!

    • First timer. 09 joyner sand viper.

So I've been in the anything motor lifestyle since I was 8 doing methanol kart racing. Currently I'm building a 04 Z06, 08 Cobalt SS,  an 08 Tundra, and as of last night my first Joyner buggy. I've waited for years for this. And, this is the first forum I've ever joined (next lol to the corvette forum). Currently I'm wheeling a Honda foreman 450 4x4, a built 400 ex, an argo 6x6, a 48v ez go lifted cart, or my geo tracker 4x4. I'm out of Conroe (north Houston TX). I look forward to learning from y'all and feel free if you ever have questions or wanna talk anything wheeling. Thanks for the awesome forum!

    • 2016 Joyner T2 1100cc 4 wheel drive

I have a 2016 Joyner T2 that is giving me problems engaging in and out of 4 wheel drive.  I have read some older posts that address this issue on some older models, but can't get any of the older pics to open for a good explanation.   I have not taken anything apart at this point.  Hoping some mechanically savvy Joyner owners can help me out. Thanks
