2022 Axis same as HS500 seat adjustment

Got a good deal from Lowe's on an Axis 500. Same as the Hisun HS500. So I've been told.

Anyway the wife is 5ft nothing and has trouble reaching the break and gas pedals. I'm needing a solution for making an adjustable seat for her when she drives. But has to go all the way back for me. Or my knees will be in the steering wheel.

Anybody got a solution. Also don't like the fact that the seats are held in by the plastic.

AXIS 500 seat adjustment:

were you able to get an answer on adjusting the seat?  I am in the same predicament and cant seem to find anyone with  the correct answer.

Not yet.

There is some after market adjusters out there for sale. Saw a set on ebay for 5 bucks. One side adjusts, the other just glides.

They make pedal extenders. Kinda high for what you get. So I'm going the diy route. Going to take a 4x4 block of wood. Some long bolts and a wingnut for easy removal. Going to give that a try and see what happens.

Well finally got the driver's side seat so wife will be able to slide seat forward.

Couldn't find my jigsaw metal blades, so had to use the wood blade I had installed in jigsaw. Wasted a lot of time looking for metal blades. Was only able to get the driver's side done. But I have the seat to put in passenger side.

I got a new-to-me set of RZR seats off eBay. Then a set of seat sliders off eBay. I used the existing seat base and made a new one out of a piece of 1/16 metal I had laying around. (Old data cabinet side panel) then took the latch off the old seat base and put on new metal base. The only issue is I need to make the rear "fingers" a little thicker. The rear of the base has a little play when seat is empty. But not enough to cause any issue when riding. Also may need a few washers between the base plate and latch. When the seat is installed. The latch keeps the plate from setting all the way down. But I just pull up on the latch and let it side down a little lower on the locking post.

Not to mention the harness will keep you in the seat. Got the harnesses off Amazon

Unfortunately withe the seat sliders and the way the cushions is angled.

I don't think it sits any lower. Even with the new flat base plate.

I guess I could cut the frame of the RZR seat. Then attach the bottom cushion directly to the slide. Then use a piece of "L" bracket to attach the backrest directly to the slide.

But don't want to hack up a good frame. Just sounds like too much work for little reward.

I have a 2021 Axis(Hisun) 700 from Lowes. Will not start. Checked starter, solenoid, spark plug and fuel pump. Everything seems to be fine. The motor turns over and will try to start but just will not. Battery is also good. Frustrated!

"Mrs. Smith" doesn't like how loud our Sector 750 is.  On a HISUN forum someone said the same thing about his 750.  I haven't given it much thought because I've been more focused on stuff that has broken.
So, I used my decibel meter to check ours out.  4000 RPM, Low gear, under 20 MPH . . . . 97 decibels.  That's above most ordinances, even state boat noise limits.
AI Overview Ninety-seven (97) decibels is considered very loud and dangerous to hearing with prolonged exposure, roughly equivalent to a newspaper press, a loud nightclub, or a snowmobile. At this level, damage can occur after just 30 minutes, necessitating hearing protection

Have a MSU 500 that we got from my wife's uncle a while back. We've had it running and hauling around the property but it stopped a few months ago after what I thought was running out of gas and I'm just getting to looking into it.
Had fuel to the injector but nothing coming out the injector so swapped with new injector and installed inline filter in the supply hose from fuel pump. Tried again and still nothing but noticed this time that I can't hear the fuel pump priming.
Pulled off the electrical connection and I'm getting 12V to the fuel pump but it won't run. Put it on a test bench and got it to run so put test lamp between +ve and -ve terminals on the connector and nothing. Checked against the passenger seat securing post and get a light.
Tried chasing the wire back and think that the ground is through the ECU but not 100% sure. Can someone confirm for me? And if it is through the ECU, is the ECU just grounded against the frame or is it wired through to the battery?
Thanks in advance and hope this all make sense!

Can anyone please tell me or send a link as to how & where to hook up a code reader to my 2021 Hisun 500 Axis.  I have a 6 pin to a 18 pin  adaptor and the blue cord VAG KKL adaptor .Just not sure where or what to hook up to. Can I use your typical vehicle code reader or do I need to download something on a laptop or PC???
