I have heard some question about elect power steering. We have made custom fabracted brackets for Trooper Renegade Vipers. With these brackets you can install elect. power steering in less than 2-3 hours. The unit bolts near the firwall so you would have to get real deep in water. The unit is sealed but i would not dump it in my pool.Besides that we are using 30" tires with turbo and had no problems. It comes with every thing you need.It comes with led test system that every time you start sidexside. It lets you know if thear is a problem. The system if gets to hot it will go to safe mode you will have regular steering when it cools off it starts working.Never happen to us but it nice to know you wont be stuck in the middle of no whear.Comes with 1 year warranty and life time on brackets.

We have been looking for and afforadable shocks. We have join forces with Steve Chase of AFCO shocks.WE have given them a Trooper and they are going to make a Custom shock with varable rate springs and custom valved 2" shock made for the Trooper.Great ride and good performance. They will be afforable shocks and rebuildable.Steve also makes Makin'Trax Suspension.

If you have any sound import let me know.

Comeing soon a custom guage kit.Guages will be water proof and will be easy to install.Replace the junk guages once and for all.Oil-Gas-Temp-Alt.Also retro fit oil temp guage optional.

Hit a rock last weekend and trashed my front A-arm and axle on my Outlander. I’ve been looking around for reliable sources for replacement components. A lot of listings online look a bit hit or miss, so I’m trying to figure out what’s actually worth trusting.
Has anyone here had good luck with dealers or sites where you can buy genuine Can-Am spare parts online without worrying about quality issues or fake OEM stuff? I’d rather pay a bit more and get the right fit than deal with problems later.
      Any recommendations appreciated.

Haven't posted in a while since solving the excessive cabin noise issue, so I thought I would share a few upgrades to my Sector... Realize that this is driven daily on the street, so some of the mods are to make it more streetworthy.

      Locking gas door.

      Rear view mirror.

Modified windshield for better airflow in cabin.

Lowered and modified headrest bar for improved rear view.  Tailgate protector.

      Folding armrests.

Overhead utility rack.  Keeps the interior cooler and dryer, too!

      Folding rear seats.

      Dust cover and seat protector.
If anyone wants links to the rear view mirror, seats, or arrests, let me know and I will post.  But know that everything requires some level of fabrication.  The utility rack was all custom built.  Cheers!

Hello. I have a 2016 Massimo MSU 500. I was putting on a lightbar and i screwed up and didn't disconnect the battery so when i was taking of the positive cable to put on the power from the lightbar it sparked and now the utv has no power. I turn the key over and all i hear is a chirp. No lights or anything. Everything that comes from the battery to the jumper box up by the battery shows voltage but anything coming out does not such as to the winch or anything like that

Hey all, I was just wondering what you guys consider a necessary upgrade or spare part to have or mod onto your machine.
I'm going for a kind of shtf survival rig that's not going to be SUPER heavy and I'm looking at getting:
A spare belt (I keep seeing this mentioned everywhere I look so it must be important)
A spare tire and mount( So would I need a jack like one from an old jeep or something else?)
      Tire chains for the winter
And maybe a cargo bed upgrade so things don't slide out.
      Bumpers because duh.
I already installed high output lights and have a windshield, roof, back window, and winch. And I outfitted a Molle panel for the back of my passenger seat with extra supplies like food, first aid, and spare mags.
Any advise on increasing durability, longevity, and having something on hand because it's absolutely necessary would be a plus.
      Thanks so much!
