  1. Okay I see what you mean. In your case I would tape them off before spraying so you could still have access. Another great option is to go to tractor supply and buy one 6'x4' horse mat. I believe there are two thicknesses. Use cardboard to complete a template and cut it to fit on the floor of your bed. It will significantly protect the bed. It may be a better option in your case. A good impact socket set with breaker bars and a hijack type jack is always a good thing to have.
  2. I'm not sure what the plastic pop rivets are for but surprised they are on the bed.
  3. Does this help? RTV-X1100C Operator Manual.pdf
  4. Have a good quality bedliner sprayed. It will make a difference.
  5. The only problem I had with mine within the same issue realm is the brake pedal would go to the ground. I thought at first it was a master cylinder. It turns out the brakes were never bled properly from the factory or dealer. I bled the brakes and they have been without issues since.
  6. As long as it works for you it's all that matters.
  7. Hi all following, just wanted to circle back to this thread and see if anyone has installed the power dump? If so, does it eliminate the safety lock? Does it work well? Thanks for your input
  8. Bandman, have you gotten a truck bed deck? What have you decided on?
  9. Any luck finding a service manual?
  10. Yes it is much better then the factory option Kioti offers. They break off once you hit a tree branch. Very poor design! But this option works very well.

  12. Try a search online. You may find some help.
  13. Well looks like you have some options now. Keep us looped in on what option you decide on.
  14. It sounds as though the trim tab fabrication would work. It just comes down to how much time and effort you are willing to put into it. Good luck!
  15. Best thing about the KFI plows is they are very inexpensive and work well. That said, they are great for small jobs requiring minimal change to the angle. I would recommend keeping it angled to the passenger side and try to plow in a way where you won't need to change the angle. As you said, it is difficult to reangle in snowy weather. My experience is the add on actuators are not able to hold up to the conditions. If you really need to angle often, you may want to consider a power angle plow using hydraulic/electric. Otherwise I recommend keeping it angled to passenger side and make it work.

  17. It seems like there are very few aftermarket options for these Kioti K9s. I guess there is not enough in circulation. I've contacted Mike S from EPI Performance and he said they don't make clutches for the Kioti because they never had a demand for them. Good Luck trying to find an option. Please keep us posted if you find something.
  18. If your UTV will fit on the flat deck and your not towing a trailer as well. The flat deck is preferred. The larger length UTVs (4 door) need to use the over deck model. As well as if your towing a trailer. Good luck in your shopping.
  19. good luck finding aluminum with a 2,500lb capacity
  20. While I don't have one I know several people that have them. They all tell me Ramptek is the best available. https://www.ramptek.com/

  22. It's hard to find a true off-road terrain trailer with a 2,500lb capacity. This one might work. https://countryatv.com/7740utv.html
  23. The QC on any new vehicle all depends on how thorough the inspectors/installers were on a given day. That's why I make it a point to inspect all new vehicles for this exact reason. You shouldn't have to but reality says otherwise.
