  1. The part where he said about an order for intake manifold, i don't know if anyone else did ordered one but i did and I'm looking forward to getting it.   2. Also for silverbull stay away from them. I ignored the warning and went ahead and got Jose on the phone (what a miracle) and ordered 4 ball joints and 2 tie rods from Jose directly. I paid through Paypal and then he sent shipping confirmation but he left shipper info blank, i have no idea who to expect it from...usps, fedex, or ups and no tracking number. I tried emailing his email that he used for Paypal and calling him his email doesn't work at all and his phone just ring ring and ring or it ring once then go to Voicemail.   3. Josh I'm interested in the cams and when i get enough money saved up ill be going for your turbo kit as well. I can hardly wait for 250hp engine. Do you think that the transmission and transfer case will need to be beefed up? Will it be a low revving torque monster or an high revving high hp screamer with turbo?   6. Did yours keep blowing fuses? I finally got it to stop blowing fuses i suspect the way Chinese wired up the trooper is no good so i want to redo the wiring. I want to use those as buss point for one for hot and other for ground and then wire fuses starting at the hot buss point and then ground the relay and other grounds on the ground point buss. I'm trying to redo wiring since i took some apart to try figure out but now i gotta put it all back together before i can hunt like you suggest Lenny. My trooper will run fine until it start blowing fuses then ill have to get it pulled home (embarrassing lol) then leave it and put in new fuse and it run fine until it decide to start blowing the 4th fuse from top again I also tried asking few other members for their wiring color to what slot of fuse and relay and guess what? Between me and few guys we have few same color wires most of others are different. While working on trooper i imagine those Chinese laughing in a riot each time they change something on trooper that wasn't documented and made the wiring diagram and did all that JUST TO GIVE THE BIRD TO THE WEST!   10. Correct me if I'm wrong, surge tank is for dampening the fuel pump pulse to smooth out the delivery of the fuel? Also i believe engine will run at 30 psi but 60 psi is for helping push fuel through nozzle to better atomize the fuel into smaller particles to Burn more efficiently Set me straight if I'm wrong Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2

  14. I rewired my fusebox with new fusebox and i made sure to match wire for wire from old to new fusebox by cutting it and doing one wire at a time but now whenever i have key on the ecm/main fuse blows instantly and whenever the master battery key is engaged the fan is running. I'm trying to figure this out by looking at wiring diagram from manual but the manual is terrible at best. Do anyone know where is this "body wiring connector" ? That's also exactly right what u said about wide band oxygen sensor, if you try to tune a engine with narrow band o2 sensor it will turn in a nightmare but with wide band oxygen sensor its like a walk in the park to see where you are at and to adjust accordingly. But i wonder about connection how would we able to replace our narrow band o2 with a wide band one and plug it in or did you leave your factory in and added another o2 sensor for gauge itself only? I know you got the megasquirt system so I'm sure you have one o2 wide band in place of first stock sensor correct? If i could i think id set it up to be at near 10:1 at wide open throttle and at 14-15:1 at idle and part throttle low load to keep mpg up Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2

  19. Interesting, the smell is supposed to be the rich unburnt fuel i think. I think ill better get a site/fuel gauge to add to my fuel controller and other stuff that i want to buy from sb if i feel sb is doing a . Good job and if my other stuff from him finally arrives lol. Anyways From what i understand. 14:1 ratio is best for emissions any leaner than that and you risk detonation and that performance is best at. Yeah tapatalk is $1 to purchase i believe, i agree lol some of my videos looked very awful until i got very good camera phone (Droid x and razr) since then i haven't complained about video quality when i shoot it in hdtv quality, but if i record it in text message (vga or qvga) then video is terrible and not worth watching lol I also have few videos of myself going in mud hole in ditches in hdtv quality that i can't see the mud or water because grass overpower the mud in the video Lol Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2

With tapatalk its straightforward but on browser you gotta click on one of icons under the box where you type your reply to form threads and it seem like we can't upload videos directly on the website so i just upload my videos to my YouTube account and then share the link here like my trooper doing donuts video for example.   23. I didn't know that trick with airing it up and letting it sit. I was looking at silverback (much deeper treads about 2-3" deep) and mudzilla and terminator and black mamba and bunch of real truck tires tsl, procomp etc but seem like outlaw 2 or outlaw radial is what I'm looking for. Best in mud with bottom and bottomless and superior paddling in water, sands from what i read and i don't care about how rough it rides at low speed on hard pack my far east is already bumpy on pavement at low speed but over 15 mph its all smooth Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk 2
