no vacume ports on my controller, yours does????

    Charlie

Nope no fuel controller here yet I'm just asking because i heard about those..

No vacuum ports at all on the fuel controller. Best thing to do is call Dobeck Performance who makes the fuel controllers and they can help you dial it in. You may have to change your fuel pressure as well as I had to. If fuel pressure is too high then it affects the fuel controller. I had to turn down my fuel pressure to get the fuel controller to be able to do its job. If you call Dobeck just tell them you purchased a fuel controller through Silver Bullet and they will help you with it.

    Bruhaw

I tried to get one through a member on forum but he didn't answer so i plan on calling dobeck myself and ask themabout that because i want a controller than can sense the turbo positive boost and negative vacuum like An secondary manifold absolute pressure sensor but for fuel controller

  2. Hey guys I have the fuel controller from sb I have had it for a whole now. I spoke with the tech department st ejk I believe it is the company that actually made the controller. I asked what should the set up be he told me if your running a snorkel and factory exhaust wich a lot of us are that to leave the programmer at the factory setting. He said with a wide band ad sensor precat converter and the post o2 disconnected you want 13.5 area at idle and low speeds 12.8 when you getting on it he said that will be best power for those mods and safest fuel economy will suffer lol. Just figured this would help also they recommended aem or innovations for the wide band af sensor

    Hey Charlie,

Do your fuel controller have any vacuum Ports on controller itself?

  3. Turbochargers.com call them and ask for ralph or david.. good guys over there and can get almost anything you want... but the one you are looking for is prolly gonna be in the $12-1500 range... i would have to call them and get the info but they found me the perfect turbo and i could get it for around $700... I will actually be calling them tomorrow to get some pricing for a kit i am getting together for nocturnalsixer...

    Josh

    No Limitz

Can't wait for the turbo kit

  4. Charlie,

Lol! I thought the same thing when I got the t2 that it ride real good and nice suspension but since everyone complained i decided to take it out for a test and yikes it's really stiff! That was last year.

Do your rear still flex as much as it did when it had fox shocks on rear?

  5. I have been more than happy with my Joyner trooper and it has 5 speed manual and rear and also front diff that locks up for extra traction.

For cargo i has built a payload box like a pick up have for my trooper it worked very good for my needs also

Python is 2wd and renegade have smaller engine so id probably suggest trooper the most..

    http://www.joyner-atv-utv.com/

Also trooper use a 4 cylinder efi engine and 5 speed manual transmission where all other companies so far use v twin engines and cvt (if belt get wet it slip...an disadvantage) also if you are more interested in trooper. Feel free to message me or go to Joyner section of the utvboard forum

  6. Merchant mariner,

I agree i don't like tapping when i don't need to i would find another way and i agree with your thoughts about how gauge needle position is relative to the engine temp is good where it say medium for all time is not good lol....now this is a nice trick i learned for tapping when you have to tap and have no way to flush lime for example i had to tap and insert steel threads in my brother's aluminum head spark plug holes without removing head at all.

What i did was PACK THE DRILL BIT AND TAP FULL OF GREASE and do it very slowly replace any grease that get saturated/coated in metal shaving.

Grease is like glue for debris and metal shaving in my option

  7. Hmm i see how big whoops would it have to be to burn out the shocks at 50 mph? If shocks get burnt out what need to be done to restore shocks?

I want to be able to flex good and blast through whoops and do it all with one set of shocks.

I'm an "have your cake and eat it too!" Kind of guy

  8. I'm still trying to find decent 30" here for my stock rims. It's a losing battle.

Maybe u can get in surrounding country for better prices?

I just picked up my tires today they just came in store this morning..i understand rocmoc and other members reasons for going to 15" wheels.

For me i want the most tread i can get and no truck tire can match a ATV tire in tread depth as far as i know...

Those are 29.5" tall outlaw 2 tires for 14" rims. Treads are almost 3" deep on the edges

Another member advised me that id need spacers to run those but i don't think so....u9ypuve5.jpgyvy7yhyj.jpg

  9. WOW I can't believe this is not taken care of yet. I will not buy anything else from Jose no more until he takes care of this I ask all the people on here to help this man and not buy anything from Jose. This could be you next and you would want everybody to help you too.Lets send a message to Jose that this is WRONG. JOYNER USA will know get my business.

    Agreed,

There's lot i want like the bush guard and headlight combo and other stuff i could probably drop 4-5k at sb but i refuse to buy anything more from sb until sb resolve the issue with merchant marnier

simple as that..... principles and customer service come first

  10. Thanks,

Yeah that's the one i was thinking about...the longer one its just remove old o2 sensor and put this one in its place and with fuel programmer we don't need to mess with having an o2 sensor in exhaust to run engine

    right?

  11. That's the one I have works great

Which one did u get? Complete one that's about 10 ft long or the power sport one that's 4.5 ft long?

They are both same price im betting you got the complete one

    Because that's what I want

I just went mudding for about 8 miles in clay and black soft slick mud the intake helped the engine rev up real good to clean the tires. I could go all way up to 3rd gear and have engine revving to spin heavy thick chunks out.

I can't wait for my new tires and turbo kit and hopefully soon cams and fuel programmer and shocks

  13. for the fan, i installed a relay and auto reset circuit breaker, never had any issues since.

i used the original fan 12 V+ wire to switch the relay so the fan runs the same as factory, i pulled 12V+ straight from the kill switch to a 30 amp auto reset breaker and then into the relay feed, from there i ran a 10 ga wire directly to the fan. i pulled the original fan fuse and replaced it with a 5 amp fuse as all it does now is switch the relay.

when i get the fan into the water it will trip the circuit breaker but as soon as i get out of the water the fan comes back on automatically so i never have to worry.

i think with a good power source the fan sounds like it is turning faster but i never tach'd it to see.

That's a good way to do it, i got frustrated with my fan so i hard wired fan 12v to a 35 amp toggle switch and then to + battery post.

Whenever i disconnect the master switch on dash the fan quit or if i switch the toggle switch off that do the same thing but now i feel i have more control over fan.

  14. Update after 4 hours of driving trooper today... Tons more mid range and top end power than stock restrictive intake manifold. Lower end is much better id want much more though lol but I think cam and tune and turbo will fix that...once u have more power u can't go back my buttdyno gives it an A+ and i look forward to buying more performance parts.

With this intake i think 9k rpm like goindeep stated that's his goal is doable.

  15. Here's a video of my engine running and revving up to 3k rpm with open header and the new intake manifold for everyone to see and hear it as is.

The throttle body stick just a bit that it causes high idle i have to pull the throttle body and clean it better
