love the forum. We just got a mostly rebuilt Hisun 2009, runs great, no electrical issues yet, however notice a grind and clunk after accelerating and stopping, such as at a stop sign. Sounds like wire caught underneath. We looked it over and only thing that comes close to being in the area is the secondary clutch. Some wear and play noted there. Will replace, but not sure if we are going to fix the problem.

Interesting. the shift shaft and driveshaft are under where the secondary is also. I wonder if the shifter adjustment is off, and its popping slightly out of gear, and then popping back in? I'm thinking maybe the grind is it slightly out of gear, and the clunk is it popping into gear under load.

Not sure which model exactly you're talking about? Is it the console shifter or a dash mounter shifter?

I have purchased a used Supermach700 (2008), It runs great after a new choke cable but. The temp sensor on the thermostat house is unhooked and can not find where it plugs back in. The fan has been un hooked from the sensor in the rad and cant figure out how it goes back together properly.  The fan was wired to a by pass switch and i just always leave it on but would like to work it properly. I assume the sensor went bad and not changed.

      any help would be great.

      thanks

I turned off the key and then tried to start it a minute later and it would not start. I changed out the fuel filter and the injector. still nothing. if i have the injector pulled out and close to the hole the injector will spray fuel into the hole and it will run but the minute you put the injector in it will die. any idea's please

I just picked this UTV up off of Marketplace. It needs batteries.
I am installing a single 48v lithium battery.
The on board charger, a NOCO Genius GX 4820, has a lithium mode.
Has anyone here used this charger on new lithium batteries? I want to be certain of the compatibility before hooking the charger to this expensive battery. **

I got in touch with NOCO and they told me the charger is fine to use on a new LiFePo battery.
Nice charger. Many modes. New ones are running about $550.

      Hi All,
New here, but bought a 2022 Sector 750 brand new last march (old stock up here in Canada)
It's a good bike so far, but I have noticed a quirk and was wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue?

The issue I've had is if I leave the utv parked on any incline, not even a major incline, and leave it to sit for a while (day or two) it will not start properly. It will turn over and not fire until I press the gas pedal, when it will run and rev up, but if I let off the gas it will die. It will keep doing this until I either start it in gear and drive it for a bit or leave it in neutral and roll it down the hill to flatter ground. where it will have to sit for a while.
If I park it on a decline there is no issue. fuel is not low, it's occurred a couple times now.

Any thoughts on the cause of this? Dealership just says bring it in and let them take a look, at my expense of course.
