If my dad didnt live 3000km away I could get my hands on his CNC machine.. :( I was starting to look around for a nice small turbo to run about 3-6 psi (no idea what the top/bottom end on these engines would be good for) and by searching that I stumbled onto here! BTW, hello fellow Troopers! :D I have a slightly modded Trooper that I will post up pics later for all.

Why thank you Cinda, and you beat me to introducing myself! I just recently purchased a 2008 Joyner Trooper T2 with some slight modifications, and I found this forum so far to be INVALUABLE with information on what people are doing to their SideXSide's etc. I live in Grande Prairie Alberta Canada, and you can find me on the weekends usually sunk in muskeg or a mudhole I should never have attempted! :D I uploaded pics to my computer but have no idea how to add them to my "gallery". Im sure a few searches on here and I will find out! See you guys/gals out in the trails.

      2019 hisun won't run

      I turned off the key and then tried to start it a minute later and it would not start. I changed out the fuel filter and the injector. still nothing. if i have the injector pulled out and close to the hole the injector will spray fuel into the hole and it will run but the minute you put the injector in it will die. any idea's please

      2022 Sector 750 EPS starting issues

      Hi All,
      New here, but bought a 2022 Sector 750 brand new last march (old stock up here in Canada)
      It's a good bike so far, but I have noticed a quirk and was wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue?
       
      The issue I've had is if I leave the utv parked on any incline, not even a major incline, and leave it to sit for a while (day or two) it will not start properly. It will turn over and not fire until I press the gas pedal, when it will run and rev up, but if I let off the gas it will die. It will keep doing this until I either start it in gear and drive it for a bit or leave it in neutral and roll it down the hill to flatter ground. where it will have to sit for a while. 
      If I park it on a decline there is no issue. fuel is not low, it's occurred a couple times now. 
       
      Any thoughts on the cause of this? Dealership just says bring it in and let them take a look, at my expense of course.

      2013 hisun 700 will not run, cranks fine

      I have a 2013 Hisun with a 686 Yamaha engine.
      I purchased it from an individual and it ran fine as long as the battery was full.
      I replaced the stator and now it will not start (run).  It cranks fine, has fuel pressure, but will not fire up.  I replaced the coil, no luck there.
      a technician told me that it was the wrong stator and wants a mint to replace it.
      the wires all plugged in when I installed the stator.

      2020 Tracker 800 sx front end noise

      I have a 2020 800 sx with about 16 hours on it.  From day one I have heard a clunking noise from the front end going over bumps.  Has anyone else experienced this?  Also this past weekend while out riding I heard a noise that sounded like the dump bed bounced three or four different times, again has anyone experienced anything like that.  Thanks, gary

      Want a new work UTV; who and what should I look for?

      I want to ditch my Kubota RTV-XG850 and its moronic twitchy throttle design flaw, get rid of the problematic engine and the 40 mph purposely throttled speed.
      So far, I'm looking at the Honda Pioneer 1000 and the Polaris Ranger 1000, both of which have 1000-1500 lb payload bed capacity.
      What other makes and models should I be looking at?
