Guys,

First please let me introduce myself, David Zhao, as the director of Changzhou Joyner Recreational Vehicles Co., Ltd. I would like to thank you all guys selecting our Joyner vehicles, as well as your constant support.

TJU's close is a surprise to us also, we are not been notified by TJU till now. I will have to say sorry for the confusion and trouble to all of our Joyner users/dealers.

As the meaning of Joyner in Chinese, the company gathers able persons from everywhere, we will not be down.

After no response from TJU, we have been starting to seek for new partner. It's very progressful till now. We would expect a new partner been finalized within 1 month, meantime we will rush our 2010 vehicles' EPA/CARB application. Before all these been done, we will continue supply parts. At present there are many dealers contacting us for the parts already.

Factory has been checking itself, improving our inner management, products quality control, parts service etc. We are quite sure Joyner vehicles will be back to USA market very soon. We will continue sticking onto high quality, best service.

Thanks again to everybody!

David

Hi David,

thanks for coming on here and personal telling us all how it is for you and the factory in China. Since the news broke we have all been a bit shocked but still stood behind our off road vehicle of choice, "Joyner".

I was surprised just how positive Joyner owners and Dealers have taken the news with the only negative remarks evolving around spare parts. Thanks to you and some of the Dealers quick thinking, spare parts are no longer a problem.

Have a good look on this site why you are here as there are some amazing solutions to some issues that have happened with the Trooper.

I'll send through an email to you shortly.

Cheers Mike

David,

I agree with brostar and rocmoc. The important thing is the spare parts but also to listen to the experienced joyner owners here who have a wealth of experience that your joyner product could benefit from. As just recently purchasing my Trooper T4 I am not anywhere near as experienced as most of the members here but have found their knowledge very valuable. I too thank you for your time.

Thanks Dave. We all like our Joyners. You'll find this forum has a lot of mature people participating. Notice, you see no bashing, were all one big family of friends and were scattered around the world. Do pay close attention to all post here including all past post for a great insite of needed changes that are felt would greatly inprove the overall quality and reliability. Looking forward to a continued relationship with the Joyner line.

Thank you, fellows,

Honestly speaking, I don't think TJU' sudden close is a disaster to our Joyner, surely it makes us into trouble, as we don't hold EPA/CARB certifications by ourselves. I think it's a chance for us, we can carefully review our policy, our interior management, quality control/after sell serivce etc.

We have been helped by an able US technician to review all the design spots etc. Factory has been doing much better management. I believe once we are able to get back into USA market, all customers will be excited with our new appearance.

Mike, the second of the sites, joynervechiles has pics on the bottom of the page you can click on. One of the series of photos is a factory race. Something that stood out was the pic of #57 Trooper from behind. Notice the right rear axle is broken at the CV joint. Kinarfi, you aren't the only one, the race team found out about the CV long ago. LOL!

Yeah, interesting photos. Looks like a China Lites race or a Baja race in Nevada. Further on there were a bunch of non-Joyner UTVs lined up ready to race but interesting the Trooper was racing against the Buggies. That would be right, the Trooper is to much for the competition to handle. Obviously the Trooper has tried to keep up with the Sand Vipers which would be a big mistake. Power is no problem but it is not set up for big jumps or handling the rough stuff flat out like the Buggies are.

Cheers Mike.

Hope I posted this in the right place. Looking for the left side shaft carrier where the rear bearings go for an 1100cc sand viper, I understand an 800 cc carrier will also work. I need the old style two bearing with the spacer in the middle, the new style with just the one wide bearing wont work. If anybody has one I'll buy it right away. my email is [email protected]

"Mrs. Smith" doesn't like how loud our Sector 750 is.  On a HISUN forum someone said the same thing about his 750.  I haven't given it much thought because I've been more focused on stuff that has broken.
So, I used my decibel meter to check ours out.  4000 RPM, Low gear, under 20 MPH . . . . 97 decibels.  That's above most ordinances, even state boat noise limits.
AI Overview Ninety-seven (97) decibels is considered very loud and dangerous to hearing with prolonged exposure, roughly equivalent to a newspaper press, a loud nightclub, or a snowmobile. At this level, damage can occur after just 30 minutes, necessitating hearing protection

If interested I also have an 07 1000rr engine setup I would sell with the buggy for $650.
      Thanks!

Getting some work done on my sector 550 at a dealer, having issues with some parts. Dealer has tried, i have tryed, its been a month and hisun customer support has not emailed or called either one of us back.
Meantime my sector is sitting torn apart in the shop collecting dust. Apparently hisun doesnt give a ratsazz about their customers, anyone else having the same problem getting ahold of them? Sick of this crap.
