The Joyner spare parts draught is over thanks to No Limits Powersports, your source for Joyner Parts. They will be landing the first container of two in the next couple of days. These two containers are packed solid with genuine Joyner parts. For more info please don’t hesitate to contact Snowman6479 right here on UTV Boards or No Limits direct. Please support the people that have backed Joyner from the beginning, into the good old days, then through the dark days we are now climbing out of and into the future. These guys have been there through thick and thin and are the retail flagship for the brand. They will be our future too, so why would you look elsewhere. Do yourself a favour and back the people that backed our brand.

Thats great to hear,maybe they can give us a general list of what they have once unpacked.

Quick update. Still sorting through it all right now but here is a list of diffs so far.

Renegade front 1

Renegade rear 4

Trooper front 2

Commando rear 7

Trooper rear 10

I hope the higher numbers aren't an indication of the weakest link, LOL!

The diffs are a weak link. My first diff had chips out of the pinion gear from poor alignment. We all know that the diffs can shear the bolts off and Joyner didn't provide a fix but just a new diff. I can see where they went through a number of them. It's important to get the diff set up correctly and then it should be much more reliable. Rick, if those were the prices, I would buy them all if you didn't get them first.

I have a 06 C2 and need a rear diff as well as some more power... Got any of either for me?

      Joyner 1100 oil pressure problem.

      I have a 2007 Joyner 1100 sand viper and  before it even get's to where the thermostat opens up the oil pressure get's so low I have to shut it down. What could fix this ? I thought about adding an oil cooler with fan, thicker oil, or removing the thermostat. Any advice?

      2004 Joyner Dirt Devil Missing “Prick gear”

      2004 250DL DIRT DEVIL. Hey y’all, I already know this is a long shot. But I am looking for a the “prick gear” assembly that makes reverse work for my external reverse gearbox. OEM PN D250.08.103 and its assembly. I bought the kart as a basket case, but I saw that the reverse box was present so I was optimistic.  Upon starting working on the buggy I realized there was a block off plate in plate of there the normal gear would be. If my understanding is correct that means the transmission no longer has reverse gear. I figured it’s just a standard bevel gear and I could probably find a gear to make work, but I don’t want to spend the time making all the other housing parts to shim the gear perfectly. Has anyone spare parts, or figured out an aftermarket solution from McMaster? I already know it’ll be a challenge to get this box to be happy again, but figured I would ask

      "Mrs. Smith" doesn't like how loud our Sector 750 is.  On a HISUN forum someone said the same thing about his 750.  I haven't given it much thought because I've been more focused on stuff that has broken.
      So, I used my decibel meter to check ours out.  4000 RPM, Low gear, under 20 MPH . . . . 97 decibels.  That's above most ordinances, even state boat noise limits.
      AI Overview Ninety-seven (97) decibels is considered very loud and dangerous to hearing with prolonged exposure, roughly equivalent to a newspaper press, a loud nightclub, or a snowmobile. At this level, damage can occur after just 30 minutes, necessitating hearing protection

      Hit a rock last weekend and trashed my front A-arm and axle on my Outlander. I’ve been looking around for reliable sources for replacement components. A lot of listings online look a bit hit or miss, so I’m trying to figure out what’s actually worth trusting.
      Has anyone here had good luck with dealers or sites where you can buy genuine Can-Am spare parts online without worrying about quality issues or fake OEM stuff? I’d rather pay a bit more and get the right fit than deal with problems later.
      Any recommendations appreciated.
