Resolved! We are going to do fewer deletions, unless really bad name calling occurs, but may ask a poster to edit their post to be a little more tactful but still make the same point. If not we will edit the post to show how the point can be made but toned down. We want everyone's input, good & bad but in a civil manner. IMHO the earlier posts were fine but nearing the line.
