Wife has been cleaning out the old garage and we came across a Ford K&N air filter set up for a Ranger. My son didn't claim it, so I adapted it to my Trooper. My old snorkel had an open exposed filter and you could hear the engine gulping for air, which sounded neat at first, just like the exhaust sounded neat, at first, but after you listen to it all day, you get sooooo tired of it, so I adapted the Ford K&N with it's silencer and enclosed filter to my Trooper, much quieter so far, just need to get my bearings in and I can give it a real test.       Hisun 700 Rear Driveshaft to Engine Boss Removal

      Hi All.  The splines are pretty well worn where the rear driveshaft fits into the adapter (boss?) on the rear of the engine.  I have a new driveshaft / adapter / seal to install but am having difficulty loosening the nut holding the adapter onto the transmission output shaft.  I purchased a chain-type vice grip tool thinking that I could get it around the adapter to prevent it from turning but have not had any luck getting it in there yet (very tight space).  What approaches have you used that have worked?  Thanks!

      MY 400 is gutless. I would like to know if I can upgrade to a larger engine ?

      2018 Hisun Sector Crew 1000 engine die after about 15 minutes run

      My 2018 Hisun sector crew engine cut off after about 15 minutes run. There is no indicator of what is wrong, no error code just die and won't restart until it cool down. I notice that the fan is not running but the temp indicator is on low temp, no overheat indicator. I checked the radiator fluid, it is cool to touch.
      Cooling fans are working, I can hear it running once awhile if I can get the engine warm up enough.  Thank you for all the help.

      This is my first buggy. I rode a Arctic Cat 500 manual for 19 years. My question is: with the engine running in Park and you rev the engine is the drive belt engaged and turning 🤷
