kawasaki mule,why so cheap

I am going to buy a used utv in the near future and have been looking around the craigslist adds in my local area and have noticed that whenever I see a mule for sale it is considerably less money than any of the other major brands and to be honest it scares me from purchasing one. Can someone give me an honest answer as to why this is. Many times there are pictures and from the pictures the machine looks in good shape. Do the Kawasakis have any major problems,motor,trannys, etc? hard to get parts for? thanks wk.

dusted800, welcome to the forum I don't know but I will take a shot at it. It's not only Kawasaki even Joyner around here you almost have to give them away to sell them everybody whats Polaris Rzr or Arctic Cat Wildcat they are just not buying the other brands. That's just my 2 cents

Yep, it's a case of who has the current glitz for the machines. Allot like riding mowers. Deere is king there.

Mules are good stuff, but if you want the show off stuff, you'll have to go for the others it seems............ : (
