If you pay attention to the sound of your squeaks, there is a certain sound that the frame makes as it gets ready to break. My squeak finally quit, the bracket that the A arms mount to completely separated from the frame, I managed to wrap a ratchet tie down around it a few times and pulled it back close to home position and headed for the trailer. I took some photo and they are in my gallery.
After straightening the bracket and welding it back in and mounting the A arms back in, I was adjusting toe in and I notice I had some slop in my tie rod end, rather than just replace it, I ground of the little spot of welding and screwed the top down tighter on the ball and tightened the nut up that holds it to the hub. Greased every thing and it's ready to go, as soon as I rebuild my shocks.

Had the same prob. Nearly lost my rear swingarm on an uphill loose gravel climb. luckily, i knew a guy with a 70's landcruiser jacked three feet high and a 10 ton mech whinch. He got behind me, lifted my rear end off the ground and drove 20ks to get me home. Felt like i lost my virginity with that one, haha

"Mrs. Smith" doesn't like how loud our Sector 750 is.  On a HISUN forum someone said the same thing about his 750.  I haven't given it much thought because I've been more focused on stuff that has broken.
So, I used my decibel meter to check ours out.  4000 RPM, Low gear, under 20 MPH . . . . 97 decibels.  That's above most ordinances, even state boat noise limits.
AI Overview Ninety-seven (97) decibels is considered very loud and dangerous to hearing with prolonged exposure, roughly equivalent to a newspaper press, a loud nightclub, or a snowmobile. At this level, damage can occur after just 30 minutes, necessitating hearing protection

      2021 Hisun/Axis 700.
I've had some good trail rides with this thing, on some rough roads, although the last two rides weren't rough at all. ANYWAY, yesterday I pulled out of the garage and it clunked really loud, like the clunk when it's trying to pop out of gear... (I think we've all heard that..) And I'm used to it, in both Hi and Lo, but it seemed louder this time but it still moved. I got it up to the front yard and it clunked a few more times, loudly, and then it refused to move. Engine is fine: just no movement.   I towed it back down to the garage and took a look at it today. I suspected the belt and had loosened all the belt cover bolts, but I thought I'd check for movement of the drive shaft. Started it up, set the brake, put it in Lo and gunned it. No-go. Then I noticed the front drive shaft was turning a bit. I pushed the button and put it in 4-wheel and gunned it again and the machine lurched forward a bit. The front drive shaft is turning and it wants to move so I guess it's not the belt. SO SO glad I didn't take the cover off- It's a royal pain to put back on...   SO. I'm no mechanic but looking for input from you guys. Any suggestions on what to check next? Thanks in advance.   So, searching forums.... The symptoms match what some guys are calling a broken "through shaft." I'm seeing drive shaft, through shaft, middle shaft... What to look for?

Bought a used Textron Stampede 4 with 30 hours.  Engine quit and will not start.  CodesP0031, P0261, and P0264 showing. Closest dealer is 100 miles away.  Sure would appreciate any help with what the fix may be.  Thank you, Paul
